The Yaofeng YFHP20 is a 2-inch high-pressure petrol water pump on a frame. Yaofeng's English table lists 65 m total head, a maximum flow of 500 L/min (30 cubic metres/hour), 8 m suction and 28 kg, with a 6.5 HP air-cooled four-stroke engine and recoil start. It suits jobs that need lift and pressure more than volume. Head and flow are separate…
The Yaofeng YFTP30 is a 3-inch engine-driven pump for water that carries debris. Yaofeng's English table gives a maximum flow of 1300 L/min (78 cubic metres/hour), 26 m head, 8 m suction and 42 kg, driven by a 6.5 HP air-cooled four-stroke engine. Shuangding's model page does not print flow, pressure or input speed, so the first step for a buyer is to request the current data sheet and nameplate photo. This…
Neetrue's rain-spray hose waters a strip of ground through holes punched along the tube itself, with no separate emitters. It comes in a normal flat form and a double-wing form, and both pages carry the same seven-size table, from 20 mm (NPD-1203) to 76 mm (NPD-17612). Each size pairs a hole pattern with a working pressure between 0.8 and 1.5 bar…
Neetrue's prefabricated-hole main pipe feeds drip-irrigation branches from factory-welded outlets. It has a high-strength braided outer layer and a PE-film inner layer. It comes in six sizes from 2 inches (50 mm) to 6 inches (150 mm), and each size has two walls: 0.75 mm rated at 4 bar or 0.9 mm rated at 6 bar, in 50 or 100 m rolls. Neetrue sets…
NTS-101GS is Neetrue's steel-wire reinforced PVC suction hose for drawing water into a dewatering or irrigation pump. Working pressure is 4 bar up to 1¾ inches and 3 bar from 2 inches up, and rolls are 50, 40 or 30 m depending on size. Order by…
Neetrue sells PVC lay-flat hose in four grades: NTS-1012, NTS-101T, NTS-101BW and NTS-101FH. All four are PVC reinforced with high-strength fibre and come in 50 or 100 m rolls for irrigation and water discharge. Working pressure falls as the diameter rises. NTS-1012 runs from 3 bar at 1 inch down to 1.5 bar at 8 and 10 inches, while 101T and…
Green Source sells hand-held garden hose nozzles alongside separate sprinkler and fitting families. This listing covers the nozzle range as a whole, so start by choosing a GS reference from the catalogue. The GS1124 is a good benchmark: a zinc-alloy spray nozzle with an aluminium cup cover, a two-colour TPR grip, a front handle and nine…
Irrigation equipment from pump to emitter: what to choose and how to quote
Irrigation equipment here runs from the water source to the plant, and buyers usually assemble a system in that order: a pump to lift and push water, hose or pipe to carry it, fittings and valves to join and isolate it, sprinklers, emitters or spray hose to deliver it, and a timer or controller to run it. Most listings are components rather than finished systems, so the questions that matter are how each part connects to the next and what pressure and flow it sees at that point.
For lifting and moving water, petrol engine pumps cover most farm duties. The Leapaq WP30X is a three-inch clean-water pump listing 1000 L/min, 28 m of lift and 8 m suction on a 6.5 HP engine. Yaofeng splits the job in two: the YFTP30 handles water carrying debris at up to 1300 L/min and 26 m head, while the YFHP20 trades volume for pressure with 65 m total head and 500 L/min. The ERAYAK EYP petrol pumps run from 2 to 4 inches, with the EYP100B reaching 86 m³/h, and the small JOYWAY JW-WP520 comes in 1 or 1.5 inch sizes on a 52 cc engine. For pits and drainage, the Fengqiu Crane QDX750HF is a 0.75 kW submersible pump giving 22 m of head at 80 L/min and passing solids up to 5 mm. Spray rigs use a different pump type, such as the Shuangding MB4130/3.0 diaphragm pump in shaft or pulley drive.
Water then travels through hose or pipe. Neetrue's PVC lay-flat hose comes in four grades: NTS-1012 is rated from 3 bar at 1 inch down to 1.5 bar at the largest sizes, and the heavier grades from 10 down to 5 bar. Its NTS-101GS suction hose is steel-wire reinforced for the pump intake, rated 4 or 3 bar by size, and the prefabricated-hole main pipe carries factory-welded outlets for drip branches, with walls rated at 4 or 6 bar and hole spacing set to your layout. Joints and branches come from Airuiteke, whose PP equal coupling spans nine sizes from 20 to 110, alongside double-union ball valves from 20*20 to 63*63 for isolating a line and pipe saddles with 61 main-and-outlet combinations for taking off a branch.
At the delivery end, the choice follows crop and spacing. The Dewo DC-S2-3 impact sprinkler publishes flow and radius for six nozzles, from 360 L/h at 9.5 m to 1030 L/h at 13.0 m. Runte's RT-9816 and RT-9821 rain guns throw water 15–17 m and 22–25 m across open fields. For drip lines, the Runte RT-8070 pressure-compensating drippers offer 2 to 8 L/h over 1.0–3.0 bar, and the TOLV 4 L/h anti-drip emitter comes with a 2026 test on 30 samples across 50–350 kPa. Neetrue rain-spray hose waters a strip through holes in the tube itself, in normal and double-wing forms from 20 to 76 mm. For hand watering, the Meizhi MZ243 metal nozzle and Green Source models such as the GS1124, with nine spray patterns, finish the hose.
Control ranges from a tap timer to a two-wire network. The Yangteng 07014 runs two outlets from one tap on two AA batteries at 1 to 8 bar. RAIN LING covers zone systems: the RL-CA08 runs eight stations with AC 24 V 1 A output, the RL-CA13 and RL-CA16 grow from four stations in modules, and the RL-CJ100 decoder controller reaches 100 stations over a bus of up to 3 km. Controllers drive solenoid valves such as the RAIN LING EVA/EVD valves, from one to four inches at 0.5–8 bar, or the Yilin YL28009-3, a 24V AC valve with a 3-inch internal thread. Around them sit RL-VQ quick-coupling valves for keyed outlets, air-release valves at high points and an automatic drain valve that opens at 0.2 bar to empty lines at low points.
To specify, start with the water: its source, what it carries, the flow you need and the pressure required at the furthest outlet. Work back through emitters, hose and fittings to the pump duty, and forward from the controller output to the valve coils. Give every connection a size and thread standard on both sides, and ask for each pump's flow at your head from its curve.
Source, what the water carries, required flow and the pressure needed at the furthest outlet.
Pump performance
Flow at your system head from the supplier's curve, port size, suction lift and engine or motor.
Connections
Size and thread standard on both sides of every pump, hose, fitting, valve and emitter.
Working pressure
Rated pressure of hose, pipe, fittings and valves at the sizes you order.
Delivery pattern
Nozzle and pressure pair, emitter flow, spray width or radius for your crop spacing.
Control match
Controller output, station count and modules against the coil voltage and current of the valves.
Read competing quotations on the same basis
Compare quotations at the same level of supply, part against part or package against package. Set pump offers side by side at the flow you need at your system head, read from each supplier's curve, and note the engine, port size and what the water carries. Compare hose, pipe and fittings at the same diameter, pipe standard and working pressure. For control, match the controller output to the coil current of the valves quoted and count stations, modules and decoders. Then ask each supplier to list every item in the price with its connection sizes and threads, so parts from different makers fit together on site.
