Privacy and data handling at CropEquip

We process account details, factory applications, proposed changes, sourcing requests, messages and attachments that you submit to support verification, review and purchasing communication.

Public profiles and private records

Applications, CRM sources and attachments are private by default. Factory descriptions, product specifications and images require a separate publication review. Factory contact details and source website addresses are excluded from the public directory.

Requests and recipients

A submitted request is available to authorized accounts of the factories you select and platform staff. Each factory can access only its own conversation and attachments. Saving a draft does not notify a factory. Submissions and replies may generate business email notifications.

Accounts, email and security

Passwords are stored as hashes. Necessary login times, IP addresses, browser information and action records support access controls, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Verification and password reset links expire. Invitations include an unsubscribe link; business notification preferences are available in your account.

Cookies and optional analytics

Necessary session cookies support login, drafts, comparisons and form security. Optional analytics load only when enabled for this site and after your consent. You can withdraw consent through Analytics preferences in the footer.

Access and retention

Private records are restricted to authorized users. You can edit account details in your workspace; email support@cropequip.com for other access, correction or deletion requests. Historical copies may remain in backups until their rotation.
