Fengqiu Crane QDX750HF Submersible Drainage Pump
The QDX750HF is a 0.75 kW submersible drainage pump in Fengqiu Crane's HF series. For the 220 V, 50 Hz version the booklet gives 22 m of head at 80 L/min and 19 m at 100 L/min, down to 15 m at 120 L/min. It handles clear or slightly dirty water with solids up to 5 mm, through a G1 female outlet. Choose it by a flow and head pair that matches your pit or transfer line, and tell Fengqiu what the water carries and whether you want the float.

Matching the pump to your pipe run
The 28 m figure is the head at zero flow. At 80 L/min the table gives 22 m. Put your target flow and total installed head side by side in the enquiry, with the lift, the pipe layout and what the downstream equipment needs. Fengqiu can then check your point on the right curve and work out pipe losses from those details. If you need another voltage or frequency, a different impeller or another build, ask for the curve for that version. The catalogue says other electrical versions are available; their performance comes from their own curves.

Water quality and materials
The HF booklet lists clear or slightly dirty water, such as seepage, rain and discharge water. A suction screen passes solids up to 5 mm. This is a drainage pump; for fibrous manure, thick sludge or abrasive sediment, give Fengqiu the actual liquid and ask which pump suits it. Where the water carries more dirt than this pump is listed for, compare a dedicated unit such as the Yaofeng YFTP30 Dirty-Water Pump.
The casing is GG20 cast iron, the motor housing AISI304 stainless steel and the impeller PPO with 20% glass fibre. Seal materials are listed separately. For salty or corrosive water, ask which wetted parts suit it. Write the quoted materials, liquid temperature and service conditions into one schedule. Float, pit space and cable
The webpage shows automatic running with a tethered float. The booklet lists the float as an optional accessory. Ask which version you are being quoted and which control parts and manual come with it. The 185×260×420mm drawing covers the pump body; float travel and start and stop levels need their own figures.
Send the pit or tank layout and ask for float clearance, cable routing and the operating water levels for your build. Ask Fengqiu to state the maximum submergence depth and the minimum water level for running; the 10 m cord, thermal protector and IP68 rating leave these open. Install and wire the pump from the manual for your version.
Webpage and booklet differences in the HF series
For the 750HF, the webpage and the booklet both give 0.75 kW. The 450HF is listed at 0.45 kW on the webpage and 0.37 kW in the PDF. The 1100HF row runs to higher flows than the 750HF row. Ask Fengqiu to name the model and the document revision your quotation follows, and take every figure for your pump from the 750HF row.

Is 0.75 kW the electrical consumption?
The table labels it output power. Ask Fengqiu for input power and efficiency if you need running-cost figures. [1] [2]
Can it deliver 120 L/min at 28 m head?
The table pairs 120 L/min with 15 m. The 28 m figure is the head at zero flow. [2]
Does every quotation include a float?
The webpage and booklet describe the float differently. Ask Fengqiu to confirm in writing whether it is included, how far it travels and its start and stop levels. [1] [2]
Can it pump fibrous farm sewage?
The HF series is listed for clear or slightly dirty water with 5 mm solids. For fibrous sewage or sludge, ask Fengqiu for a pump rated for that duty. [2]
