Airuiteke PP Equal Coupling
The Airuiteke equal coupling joins two irrigation pipes of the same size. It sits in the agricultural PP fittings group, with a black body and green end nuts, and comes in nine sizes from 20 to 110. The table gives pieces per carton for each size, and a section drawing shows the joint with dimensions marked d, H and L. A 2019 report on three 25 mm samples (company code R1001) gives a nominal 1.0 MPa. Airuiteke lists nine sizes with a carton count for each. Quote the Size figure exactly as printed, and add your pipe outside diameter, material and standard so the factory can confirm the fit for each size in writing. For comparing size tables from other makers, start from the irrigation category.

Joint drawing and fitting the pipe
The section drawing shows a symmetrical coupling: a central body with an end assembly on each side. It marks d, H and L without figures and carries no assembly steps. Use it to frame your questions, then get the numbers and instructions from Airuiteke.
Pipe data
Give pipe material, outside diameter, wall, standard and condition at both ends. Ask which tolerances and pipe types the coupling accepts.
Making the joint
Ask for the cutting and end-preparation steps, insertion depth, tightening method and the check after assembly.
Dimensions and parts
Ask for length, height and bore in figures, and the material of body, nuts, seals and grip ring.
Support and service
Ask how the joint should be supported and inspected, and how worn parts are replaced.
The 2019 R1001 pressure report
Airuiteke shows page 2 of a two-page report on three PP straight-coupling samples, d25 mm, company code R1001, tested on 20 March 2019. Nominal pressure is 1.0 MPa. Ordering the size mix
Carton counts fall with size: 330 at Size 20, 28 at 63 and 5 at 110. They show packing, not a minimum order. The catalogue has separate reducing and repair couplings; this item joins equal pipe ends. If the line also needs a shut-off point or a branch, Airuiteke makes a PP double-union ball valve and a PP pipe saddle.

Keep one record that holds the confirmed size and pipe, the drawing revision, the allowed working pressure and temperature, and the installation instructions. Agree the dimensional and leak checks for your lot and the method and pass criteria with Airuiteke.
If the 2019 report is part of the offer, ask for the complete copy and keep it with the order, next to the inspection record for your shipment. Settle fit, documents and support in writing before installation.

Is Size 20 a 20 mm pipe?
The table heading is just Size, with no unit. Send your pipe outside diameter and standard and ask Airuiteke to confirm the fit on the drawing. [1] [2]
Is every size rated 1.0 MPa?
1.0 MPa comes from a 2019 report on 25 mm samples. Ask for the current pressure and temperature rating of each size you order. [4]
Is R1001 the order code?
R1001 appears in the 2019 report and in the photo filename. The product page gives no order code, so ask for the code for each size. [1] [3] [4]
What insertion depth and tightening does the coupling need?
The drawing gives letters only. Ask Airuiteke for its preparation and assembly instructions with figures. [2]
Is PCS/CTN the minimum order?
It is the number of pieces per carton. Ask for minimum order, mixed cartons and stock in the quotation. [1]
