Airuiteke PP Double-Union Ball Valve

Use the printed entry in your enquiry, together with your pipe's outside diameter, material and wall standard, so Airuiteke can confirm the end connection for that size. Pipe and parts from another supplier need the same check. If the order also includes Airuiteke's PP equal coupling or PP pipe saddle, confirm their sizes against the same pipe.

Unions, handle and space around the valve
Union ends let the valve body come out of the line for service, as long as there is room to do it. The drawing and photo show the unions and the handle but give no removal space or fitting sequence. Plan the location with the figures from the factory.

Ask for d, d1, H and L in figures for your size, plus the actual bore and handle swing, with the drawing revision.
Supports and access
Show Airuiteke your pipe supports and nearby fittings, and ask how much space is needed to fit and remove the valve.
Making the connection
Ask how pipe ends and union seals are prepared and checked, which tools to use and how tight to make the collars.
Safe servicing
Agree an isolation and pressure-release routine with your installer and Airuiteke before anyone loosens a union collar.

That page names a different valve type from this double-union entry, so ask for the double-union valve's own figures. For the valve you order, request the model code, the pressure and temperature limits, and the materials of body, ball, seats, seals and end parts. Tell the factory what goes through the valve (plain water or fertiliser solution) and whether it stands in the sun, and ask about drinking-water use and outdoor life. If the 2019 report is offered for this valve, ask for the full report and a written statement that it applies to your build.

Can the valve body be removed without cutting the pipe?

Can I fit an actuator?

Is the carton count a minimum order?
