Neetrue Prefabricated-Hole Irrigation Main Pipe

Neetrue's prefabricated-hole main pipe feeds drip-irrigation branches from factory-welded outlets. It has a high-strength braided outer layer and a PE-film inner layer. It comes in six sizes from 2 inches (50 mm) to 6 inches (150 mm), and each size has two walls: 0.75 mm rated at 4 bar or 0.9 mm rated at 6 bar, in 50 or 100 m rolls. Neetrue sets the hole spacing to order, so send a dimensioned layout with your quote request and ask it to confirm the outlet thread and seal.

Build my procurement brief

Send the outlet layout before production

Neetrue makes the holes in the factory, so nobody has to punch them in the field. That means the outlet positions are fixed before the pipe is made. Spacing is custom; the catalogue gives no standard pattern, first-outlet offset, port count or end allowance.

Prepare a dimensioned drawing that shows the inlet, roll length, outlet positions and branch connections, and note whether branches run together or in separate zones. The catalogue lists no maximum branch count or outlet discharge, so ask Neetrue to check the drawing against the branch flow you need.

Neetrue's illustration shows tees and branch pipes fitted to the fabric-covered main pipe. Use it to picture the arrangement, and ask separately for the thread standard, connector sizes, included accessories and the pressure rating of the assembled joint. If the branches are Neetrue rain-spray hoses, put the row code of the normal or double-wing hose on the drawing.

Published specifications

Read each value with its stated conditions, and ask the manufacturer for any limit not listed here.

SpecificationPublished valueMeaning / limit
Product identityPrefabricated-hole irrigation main pipe, listed by size (2–6 inches) [1]There is no separate model code. Order by size, wall and outlet drawing.
ConstructionHigh-strength braided outer layer in black or white; PE-film inner layer [1]Ask for the fibre and polymer grades and any ageing test.
Wall and working pressure0.75 mm / 4 bar; 0.9 mm / 6 bar [1]Both options exist in every size. Ask for the test temperature and whether the rating covers the welded outlets and connected branches.
Length and outlets50 or 100 m; hole spacing made to order [1]No standard spacing, port count or thread size is listed, so supply your own layout.
Outlet constructionUltrasonically welded outlets, female thread, silicone ring [1]Ask for the thread standard and the tee and seal that fit it.
Seasonal useWinds flat; described as reusable and recyclable [1] [2]Ask for storage, bending and inspection guidance between seasons.

Six sizes, two wall options each

Every size comes in 50 or 100 m rolls with the same two wall options. The table gives no flow capacity, outside diameter or wall tolerance. The metric IDs are as printed; fit couplings to them rather than to the inch label.

Size / stated IDWall and working pressure
2 inches / 50 mm0.75 mm at 4 bar, or 0.9 mm at 6 bar.
3 inches / 75 mm0.75 mm at 4 bar, or 0.9 mm at 6 bar.
3.5 inches / 90 mm0.75 mm at 4 bar, or 0.9 mm at 6 bar.

Outlet spacing and even watering

Evenly spaced holes alone do not give even water along a plot. The product page has no outlet flow curve, branch pressure map, emitter compatibility list or uniformity trial. Neetrue presents the pipe as water-saving and free of leaks.

UF/IFAS describes how flow drops along a multi-outlet line as water leaves at each outlet. It names flow, diameter, roughness, elevation and length as the factors behind pressure loss along a lateral. The guide covers microirrigation in general, and its friction factors, flow limits and lateral lengths were worked out for rigid pipe.

Work through the pump or inlet duty, the branches running at once, elevations, connectors and the pressure your drip equipment needs. Keep main-pipe and branch figures on the same layout drawing. Inner diameter and friction loss along a main are explained in our guide to specifying irrigation hose and pipe.

Connections, seals and seasonal reuse

Neetrue says the welded outlets and silicone ring let a tee go straight in without the sealing tape it describes. Ask for installation instructions for your exact outlet and tee. Water can reach the main through a supply line such as Neetrue's PVC lay-flat hose.

Supply itemWhat to request
Outlet and teePort thread standard, mating tee size, seal spec and fitting procedure, and which accessories are included.
Welded outlets under pressureAssembly tests and conditions that include the outlet joints. The wall rating covers the pipe body.
Flat winding and reuseDraining, handling and storage instructions, minimum winding radius and checks before reuse.
Anti-aging, more than five yearsExposure conditions, test report and warranty terms behind the statement.
Delivery checkSize and wall, hole positions against your drawing, connector and seal identity, and the acceptance checks Neetrue defines. Keep traceability for spare sections and repeat orders.

Buyer questions

Is 2–6 inches a model number?

It is the size range shown in the model field. Your order is identified by size, wall and outlet drawing. [1]

Will a 100 m roll suit any drip layout?

Neetrue publishes no branch flow or uniformity data. Check hole positions, branches running at once, elevation, connectors and drip equipment together, and ask Neetrue to review the layout. [1] [3]

Can I fit any female-thread tee without tape?

The thread standard is not listed. Ask Neetrue for the tee, seal and procedure that match its outlet. [1]

Is five-year reuse guaranteed?

Neetrue describes the material as anti-aging for more than five years. Ask for the warranty and reuse terms in writing. [1] [2]
