Neetrue PVC Lay-Flat Hose
Neetrue sells PVC lay-flat hose in four grades: NTS-1012, NTS-101T, NTS-101BW and NTS-101FH. All four are PVC reinforced with high-strength fibre and come in 50 or 100 m rolls for irrigation and water discharge. Working pressure falls as the diameter rises. NTS-1012 runs from 3 bar at 1 inch down to 1.5 bar at 8 and 10 inches, while 101T and 101FH run from 10 bar down to 5 bar. Use the size tables below to shortlist a grade. The product summaries and tables disagree in a few places, so ask Neetrue to confirm the rating for your size in writing.

Neetrue's product summaries and its detailed tables give different numbers in five places. For each one, ask for the working rating of your grade and size in writing, with units, and plan on that figure instead of the higher of the two printed values.

Working and burst pressure by inch size
These bar figures come from the detailed tables. 101T and 101FH share one pressure schedule and differ in weight. When you request a quote, ask about temperature derating and the rating of the coupled assembly.

NTS-101BW metric sizes
NTS-101BW is listed by metric inside diameter. Order fittings for the millimetre size, for example 52 mm, instead of rounding it to 2 inches. The wall and weight figures below belong to BW only.

Wall thickness and weight across 1012, 101T and 101FH
The same inch sizes in three tables show how wall and weight change between grades, even where 101T and 101FH share a pressure schedule. A heavier hose is a different build; ask for test data if you are choosing on service life.

Sizing a run: flow and pressure together
Neetrue describes these hoses for long-distance irrigation and water discharge. The pages give no flow or head-loss curve and no run length tied to an outlet flow. A 50 or 100 m roll is a supply length; the pressure and flow at the far end come from your system. UF/IFAS explains that pipe friction depends on flow, diameter, roughness and length, and that elevation and fittings also change the pressure available. Its citrus guide also covers pressure surges caused by sudden changes in water velocity. That is general hydraulics; the guide's Class 160 PVC/SDR pipe examples and limits apply to rigid pipe.
Give Neetrue your pump duty, route length and elevation, connections, and the flow and pressure you need at the outlet, and ask it to review the layout with you. Discharge use, fluids and outdoor life
The product entries name irrigation and water discharge and mention other substances, suction, heat and harsh conditions in general terms. Ask for grade- and size-specific figures before using the hose for any of these. For the intake side of a pump, Neetrue makes the wire-reinforced NTS-101GS suction hose.

Put a corrected specification on the order
The tables are a good basis for comparing grades. Before acceptance, tie the confirmed figures to your grade, size and assembled line.
Specification
NTS grade, inside diameter and unit, wall and reinforcement, length, temperature and working pressure, with the summary/table and MPa differences settled in writing.
Interfaces and system
Neetrue-approved couplings and assembly, plus pump, route and outlet duty. State whether each rating applies to the bare hose or the assembly.
Acceptance checks
Agree identification, dimension and material checks, and the pressure checks Neetrue supports. Leave burst testing to the factory's defined method.
Supply and repeat orders
Confirm delivered length, packing, weight basis, grade traceability and written life and support terms. Reorder by grade and size, since one colour can cover several hoses.
Buyer questions
Does light or heavy duty tell me the rating?
No. NTS-101T is sold as light duty but shares its bar figures with heavy-duty 101FH. Ask for the rating of your grade and size. [2] [4]
