Shuangding MB4130/3.0 Diaphragm Pump

The model page is titled as a diaphragm pump, but its description text explains how filters protect pipework and compares diverter types. There is no flow, pressure or speed table, and the photographs show no readable data plate.
Ask Shuangding for the current model and revision sheet, a photo of the nameplate, and the performance and operating limits. Figures from the neighbouring MB4100/3.0 page belong to a different model, so get MB4130/3.0 values of its own.

Drive, pulley and mounting details to agree
The photos show more than one drive arrangement, and the uses page says the family can run from motors, engines and tractors. Agree the details below for the build you order.

Matching the diaphragm and wet end to your liquid
Shuangding's features page describes a diaphragm that separates the drive from the liquid chamber, made of special rubber, with aluminium die-cast parts. It gives no elastomer grade, temperature range or concentration limits for the MB4130/3.0.
Send Shuangding a description of the liquid and the service conditions. Ask which diaphragm and seal materials it recommends, what filtration it expects, and how the pump should be cleaned and maintained. Pesticide doses, mixing and spraying procedures are not covered here.
Pressure control and dry running
The family features page says the pumps tolerate dry running, but gives no time limit or test condition. Ask for the MB4130/3.0 instructions and follow the limits they set.
In a sprayer, the pump works with a regulator and return line, filters, diverters and nozzles, and each has its own pressure and flow range. Ask for the pump's flow and pressure performance, the allowed drive input and the regulator arrangement Shuangding recommends, then set the working pressure for the whole assembly. The certificates on the qualification page cover a diverter appearance design and an adjustable-filtering diverter. For the pump, ask for its own data sheet and test record, and ask Shuangding for register extracts if patent status matters to you. [5]
