Guangchang TQLZ Vibrating Cleaning Sieve

Jiaxing Guangchang Machinery Co., Ltd.

The TQLZ is Guangchang's vibrating cleaning sieve for paddy, wheat, corn, sunflower and other oil seeds, and for grading rice part-way through milling or at the end. Two vibration motors drive the screen box, and Guangchang says the amplitude can be adjusted. Six sizes run from TQLZ100 at 8 t/h to TQLZ250 at 20–35 t/h, each with its own…

Fengdeng S8 Rice Polisher

Shaoxing Shanghe Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

The Fengdeng S8 is a rice polisher from Shanghe's S series. Its table gives a 6–8 t/h capacity, 45×2 kW main-machine power and a 22 kW blower, with 6500 m³/h air volume and 2500–3000 Pa wind resistance. The machine weighs 2500 kg. Start from your incoming rice and the polished finish you need, then ask Shanghe to match the air system and…

Zhanying TQLZ150 Vibrating Grain Cleaner

Ninghai Zhanying Grain Machinery Co., Ltd.

The Zhanying TQLZ150 is a vibrating cleaner for raw grain. Two vibration motors drive two screen decks, fed through two symmetric openings, with a vertical aspiration channel and observation windows. Zhanying's table gives a reference rate of 15–18 t/h, aspiration air of 6000–6600 m³/h and 2×0.55 kW drive power. Match these to your grain, its…

Guangchang TCQY63 Drum Pre-Cleaner

Jiaxing Guangchang Machinery Co., Ltd.

The TCQY63 is the smallest model on Guangchang's drum pre-cleaner sheet. The rotating drum takes stones, brick pieces, straw and other oversized debris out of grain before it moves on to processing or storage. The TCQY63 column gives 25 rpm, a 0.75 kW motor, 12 m³/min air volume, a 1490 × 790 × 1270 mm frame and 350 kg. Crop capacity reads 15–20…

Grain processing equipment by plant stage: cleaning, milling, cooling and handling

Grain processing on this site is mostly plant equipment from three Zhejiang makers, and the easiest way to choose is to follow the grain through the line: intake cleaning and destoning, rice milling and its by-product streams, feed cooling, and the conveyors, gates and filters that tie the stages together. Jiaxing Guangchang Machinery supplies most of the pages and also designs and installs complete lines; Ninghai Zhanying Grain Machinery specialises in cleaners, destoners and grading screens; Shaoxing Shanghe Machinery Manufacturing builds Fengdeng rice milling and polishing machines.

Cleaning starts with coarse debris. The TCQY63 drum pre-cleaner is the smallest model on its sheet, turning at 25 rpm on a 0.75 kW motor with 12 m³/min of air and a 350 kg frame; its crop capacity rows carry no printed unit, so ask for the unit and the screen layout for your grain. Fine cleaning and grading follow on vibrating screens. Guangchang's TQLZ vibrating cleaning sieve runs in six sizes from TQLZ100 at 8 t/h to TQLZ250 at 20–35 t/h, and Guangchang ties output to the screen-hole size, so choose the screen first and the model second. The Zhanying TQLZ150 has two decks, two vibration motors at 2×0.55 kW, a reference rate of 15–18 t/h and 6000–6600 m³/h of aspiration air.

Heavy impurities need a destoner. Guangchang's TQSX and TQSF gravity stoners come in five arrangements, from standard suction to a double-ply unit with 0.37×2 kW vibration motors and a 1.5 kW internal fan; pick the arrangement for paddy or wheat first, then the size, and get the capacity unit in writing. Tramp iron comes out with permanent magnets: the TCXT magnetic cylinders are rated 10–100 t/h at ≥3500GS, while the TCXP separators handle 5–15 t/h and carry a printed removal rate of ≥99%. Neither needs a motor.

In a rice mill, the MGCZ double-body paddy separator sits after the husker and returns unhusked paddy for another pass. The MGCZ46×20×2 gives 4.5–5.5 t/h of brown rice at 3 kW and the MGCZ60×20×2 gives 6.5–7.5 t/h at 4 kW, with ≤5 grains/kg of paddy left in the brown rice. Finishing is a separate stage: the Fengdeng S8 rice polisher is rated 6–8 t/h with 45×2 kW of main-machine power, a 22 kW blower at 6500 m³/h and 2500–3000 Pa, and weighs 2500 kg. Side streams can be worked as well, with KXFL bran and DKTL hull recovery devices that run off the mill's air network; KXFL handles 0.45, 0.6 or 0.9 t/h of bran.

For feed lines, the SKLB counterflow coolers cover six sizes from SKLB2.5 to SKLB12 at 5 to 30 t/h, built with either slide-valve or pendulum-flap discharge under the same model codes. Name the discharge type on the order and ask Guangchang for the cooling-air volume and pressure.

Handling ties the plant together. The TDTG bucket elevator spans twelve sizes from 1–4 t/h to 90–120 t/h on 2.2 to 37 kW. Horizontally, the TGSS, TGSU and TLSS grain conveyors cover drag and screw duties up to 260 t/h, and the drive is sized from your route length. A TFPX rotary distributor sends one inlet to a chosen outlet at 30–50 t/h, TZMQ and DZMQ gates open and shut the flow by cylinder or electric screw, and TBDQ three-way diverters switch chutes between outlets. The TDSL mobile belt conveyor loads bulk or bagged grain at ≥50 t/h with a head height adjustable from 2.5 to 8.8 m. Dust collection closes the loop with TBLM pulse bag filters, whose low-pressure sheet lists 1800, 2000 and 2400 mm bags and resistance under 1470 Pa.

Read competing quotations on the same basis

Compare quotations stage by stage, not as a pile of model codes. For each machine, set the rated throughput, the grain it was rated on and the unit beside the motor and air figures, and line up screen or magnet specification for cleaners and finish target for polishers. Where Guangchang quotes a project package, ask for a schedule that marks which units it builds and which come from other brands, and check that the elevator, conveyor and distributor capacities match the slowest process machine. Price the aspiration fans, ducting and controls on their own lines so two offers carry the same scope.
