Shaoxing Shanghe Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

绍兴上禾机械制造有限公司

Shaoxing Shanghe Machinery Manufacturing builds Fengdeng-brand rice milling and polishing machines. When you ask about the S8 or another family, describe the rice coming in, the finish you want, the main drives and the aspiration equipment, and get them quoted as one installation.

Company, brand and history

Shanghe's bilingual introduction names Shaoxing Shanghe Machinery Manufacturing as the maker of Fengdeng rice machinery. It traces the business to a grain-machinery factory founded in 1956 and describes a state-enterprise reform in 2002. The present legal company may date from that reform rather than from 1956, so ask for its registration date if it matters to you.

A Guotai Environmental prospectus from March 2023, hosted by a stock exchange, lists Shaoxing Shanghe Machinery Manufacturing among its officer and related-party entries. Ownership and production capability are separate questions. Make sure the quotation, invoice, nameplate and support agreement all name the same seller and manufacturer.

Milling, polishing and add-ons

Shanghe describes MPGT, MP and D/S families with fifteen models. Its catalogue menu separates polishing, polishing extensions, milling, oil presses and other support equipment. Rice milling and polishing are the core of the business. For a full line, ask Shanghe for an engineered scope covering every machine. When you draft that scope, a short primer on grain cleaning and handling line basics sets out the usual machine order and how capacities are matched stage to stage.

[1][3]

Rice milling

Give your incoming material and milling duty and ask for a named milling model. The S8 rate applies to polishing only.

Rice polishing

The S8 belongs to the S family, which Shanghe calls its third generation. Ask for the exact build and the basis of its quality and throughput figures.

Extensions and auxiliaries

Extensions, air systems, conveyors and support machines each need a model name and a line in the quotation. Ask which of them the polisher price includes.

Models and specifications

Quote the exact model, configuration and operating conditions together, and ask the factory to confirm current availability.

Fengdeng S8 Rice Polisher

Catalogue reference: S8

The Fengdeng S8 is a rice polisher from Shanghe's S series. Its table gives a 6–8 t/h capacity, 45×2 kW main-machine power and a 22 kW blower, with 6500 m³/h air volume and 2500–3000 Pa wind resistance. The machine weighs 2500 kg. Start from your incoming rice and the polished finish you need, then ask Shanghe to match the air system and electrics to your plant. Running consumption, rice quality, utility connections and the exact blower supply need settling in the quotation.

Reading the S8 table

The S8 table lists 6–8 t/h, 45×2 kW main power, a 22 kW blower, 6500 m³/h air, 2500–3000 Pa wind resistance and a 2500 kg machine weight. It does not give the rice condition, finished quality, running consumption or the fan, duct and control package. Raise each of these as its own line in your enquiry. On the fan and duct line, a stand-alone dust unit such as the Guangchang TBLM pulse bag filter gives you a second price to set against Shanghe's package.

ItemWhat to ask Shanghe
Rice result and rateA representative input rice, the expected quality, a material balance and the settings and time behind the quoted output.
Main drivesA list of drives and components with an electrical and control drawing. Motor ratings tell you installed power, not running consumption.
Air systemThe fan, ducts, filters and controls included, and how the air volume and resistance fit your plant.
Site and weightOverall dimensions, connections, service and lifting access, and separate machine and packing weights. Full dimensions are not published.

Is this a fit for your project?

Based on the manufacturer's published range.

A good fit for

  • Rice milling or polishing projects with a known incoming material and target finish.
  • Comparing the S8 main machine, blower and plant connections line by line.

Confirm in writing before ordering

  • The contracting company and its legal relationships, exact model revisions, and production and inspection records.
  • A rice quality and throughput trial, full utilities and dimensions, materials, and commissioning and support in the contract.

Build records and a rice trial

Shanghe says it designs, develops and manufactures rice machines. Its introduction gives no fabrication process, roller or material list, or test procedure for a specific model, and its staff and annual sales figures are undated.

Ask how the assemblies, wear parts and food-contact materials of your model are identified, and which dimensional, electrical and function checks come with the build. Request material and parts records and a demonstration on your own rice. Judge polished appearance and service promises on a recorded trial and on the contract terms.

From trial to handover

The S8 page gives ratings only, with no process or installation package. When you compare offers, spell out the upstream and downstream connections and who is responsible for service. Lifting rice between stages is often quoted on its own, so name the elevator as well; the Guangchang TDTG bucket elevator shows what such a line item looks like.

[2][3]
  1. Name the rice and the model

Your incoming rice, the result you want and the exact S8 or other family and revision. Ask for the model schedule.

  2. Settle utilities and layout

Mark feed, discharge and air connections, main and auxiliary loads, plant equipment you keep, and site works.

  3. Agree the trial record

Input, output and reject weights, settings and elapsed time, together with the agreed quality check.

  4. Complete the handover

Operating, cleaning and maintenance manuals, wear-part diagrams, commissioning and training, and warranty and local support terms.

[4]
Does the S8 table cover the whole air system?

It gives blower power, air volume and resistance. Ask for the full fan, duct and control list and the operating point for your installation.
