Zhanying TQLZ150 Vibrating Grain Cleaner
The Zhanying TQLZ150 is a vibrating cleaner for raw grain. Two vibration motors drive two screen decks, fed through two symmetric openings, with a vertical aspiration channel and observation windows. Zhanying's table gives a reference rate of 15–18 t/h, aspiration air of 6000–6600 m³/h and 2×0.55 kW drive power. Match these to your grain, its impurities and your plant's air system. Separation results, fan pressure and total electrical load are things to settle with Zhanying for your installation.

Zhanying's cleaner range separates large, small and light impurities from the raw grain. The TQLZ150 does this with two screen decks and a vertical aspiration channel. Apertures, removal rates and acceptable grain loss depend on your material, so agree them with Zhanying. Feeding both inlets evenly
Zhanying says the twin feed openings help spread grain evenly across the screens. Inlet sizes, feed controls and the allowed imbalance are not listed. Ask for the inlet drawing and describe how your elevator, conveyor or hopper will deliver grain to both openings. The right tonnage at the inlet still needs an even spread across the deck.
The windows let operators watch the grain and the screens. Agree what they should look for, how feed and amplitude are adjusted, and how the machine is stopped for inspection under Zhanying's instructions.

Sizing the air system
The 6000–6600 m³/h figure is the air the machine needs. To pick a fan you also need static pressure, a resistance curve, a connection drawing and a dust-collection specification, and Zhanying lists none of these.
Ask your plant designer to set the duct, filter and fan layout and its operating point. How bag filters, elevators and conveyors are arranged around a cleaner is sketched in our grain cleaning and handling line basics guide. Agree which aspiration parts, fans, ducts and controls Zhanying supplies and which are site work. Count the two 0.55 kW vibration motors separately from the fan load.

Trial and handover
Zhanying states that its specifications and images are for reference and that the agreed technical and contract documents set the actual configuration. Tie the trial settings and material to that exact configuration.
Fix the configuration
Model revision, screens, vibration and air settings, utilities and the installation drawing.
Run your grain
Record input condition, quantity and time, how feed was spread and any stoppages.
Check every output
Weigh good grain and rejects against the agreed impurity-removal and grain-loss targets, and get them confirmed in writing.
Hand over
Check connection heights, access and supply boundaries. Collect operating and maintenance instructions, spare screens and parts, and the commissioning and support terms.
Buyer questions
Does 15–18 t/h hold for every grain?
Zhanying calls it a reference figure and gives no test material. Agree the rate for your grain in a trial. [1]
Does 2×0.55 kW include the fan?
No. That is the two vibration motors. Ask for a full utility list including the fan. [1]
What screen apertures does it use?
The model page lists none. Choose them with Zhanying for your grain and impurities. [1]
Do the observation windows monitor flow automatically?
They are windows for looking in. Ask Zhanying if you need sensors or automatic control. [1]
