Guangchang TCQY63 Drum Pre-Cleaner
The TCQY63 is the smallest model on Guangchang's drum pre-cleaner sheet. The rotating drum takes stones, brick pieces, straw and other oversized debris out of grain before it moves on to processing or storage. The TCQY63 column gives 25 rpm, a 0.75 kW motor, 12 m³/min air volume, a 1490 × 790 × 1270 mm frame and 350 kg. Crop capacity reads 15–20 for wheat, 7–10 for paddy and 12–17 for corn, with no unit printed. Ask Guangchang to state the unit and test conditions on your quotation, together with the screen layout for your grain.

Guangchang's sheet describes the drum as removing large impurities such as stones, brick fragments, straw and other oversized debris ahead of later grain processing. Small stones, metal, fine dust and defective kernels belong to other machines in the same catalogue: the gravity de-stoner and the magnetic separator.
When you ask for a quote, describe your grain and list the impurities with their size and share of the load. Ask Guangchang for the material range the drum accepts, the screen it would fit for you, and how it would measure impurity removal and good-grain loss on your crop.
Capacity figures need a unit before line sizing
For the TCQY63 the sheet lists 15–20 for wheat, 7–10 for paddy and 12–17 for corn. The capacity heading carries no clear unit, and no moisture, bulk density, impurity share or test method is given.
Ask Guangchang for a current specification that gives the unit and grain condition for each crop. Keep the agreed feed rate, screen and air setting attached to the capacity figure. Size your line from that written basis and from the TCQY63 column itself, since the larger TCQY models carry their own rows. Screen layout, clean grain and rejects
The aperture entry reads 16–13 mm. Ask Guangchang what the two figures refer to and send you the screen drawing for your crop. Finer screening of the cleaned stream is the job of the TQLZ vibrating cleaning sieve in the same catalogue.

Air connection, power and mounting
The 12 m³/min air figure is a starting point for the aspiration design. The sheet does not say whether a fan, collector or controls come with the machine, so settle the supply split before you order.

Run a trial on your own grain
Agree an acceptance trial with Guangchang that uses your crop, the chosen screen and the chosen air setting. Fix the measurement units before the machine starts.
Log the incoming lot
Crop, moisture, bulk density, input weight and known impurities. Agree how samples are taken.
Log the setup
TCQY63 serial, motor and drive, screen parts, feed setting and air setting.
Weigh both outputs
Clean grain and rejects, then check the rejects for good kernels and the clean grain for leftover impurities.
Run it long enough
Record the full time window and any stoppages, so the result reflects steady running.
Tie it to the contract
Put drawings, spare parts, manuals, electrical scope and the agreed performance figures into the purchase contract.

Buyer questions
Is TCQY63 rated at 15–20 tonnes per hour for wheat?
15–20 is the wheat figure on the sheet, but no unit is printed with it. Ask Guangchang to confirm the unit and grain condition in writing. [1]
Will the drum take out every stone?
It is built for large impurities. For small or heavy stones Guangchang offers gravity de-stoners; tell it the stone sizes you need to remove. [1] [2]
Does the 12 m³/min figure mean a fan is included?
The sheet has no scope-of-supply list. Ask for the air connection, the pressure needed and a supply list that says who provides the fan and collector. [1]
What does 16–13 mm mean?

Can I use a larger TCQY model's capacity for TCQY63?
