Guangchang TBDQ and Round TZMQ Three-Way Chute Diverters

Guangchang's three-way diverters switch a grain or feed chute between outlets, or open and close it. The TBDQ series is a pneumatic three-way with proximity switches at its end positions, and Guangchang can fit a custom pneumatic or electric drive. A round TZMQ three-way comes in straight and side forms. No sizes or capacities are printed, so your quote starts from a route drawing. One point to watch: Guangchang also uses the TZMQ code for a pneumatic cutoff gate, so name the function as well as the code when you order.

Guangchang TDSL Mobile Bulk and Bag Belt Conveyor

The Guangchang TDSL is a wheeled belt conveyor for loading loose grain and bagged grain onto trucks, into stores or onto stacks. Guangchang lists a capacity of ≥50 t/h, belt widths from 400 to 1000 mm, lengths from 6 to 20 m, line speed up to 1.5 m/s and a head-wheel-centre height adjustable between 2.5 and 8.8 m. Conveying motors run from 2.2 to 7.5 kW and lifting motors from 0.75 to 2.2 kW. These are family ranges, so ask Guangchang for the exact combination that suits your loading point.

Guangchang TZMQ Pneumatic and DZMQ Electric Gates

Guangchang's TZMQ and DZMQ gates open and shut the flow of loose bulk material in grain, feed, food, oil and chemical handling lines. TZMQ is moved by a pneumatic cylinder. DZMQ uses an electric motor, a worm reducer and a screw that slides the gate board back and forth, stopped at each end by travel switches. The board runs on rollers with a tapered multi-port inlet, which Guangchang says keeps it from jamming or leaking. The sheet gives no sizes or ratings, so a quote starts from your opening, material and control needs.

Guangchang TBLM and TBLMA Pulse Bag Filters

Guangchang makes three pulse-cleaned bag filters for dust collection in grain and feed plants: the low-pressure TBLM cylindrical filter, the square TBLMA filter and a cylindrical pulse-jet range coded TBLMy. The low-pressure sheet is the most complete, giving bag area, air volume, weight and cleaning-air use for each model and for 1800, 2000 and 2400 mm bags. The square and cylindrical tables print numbers without units, so ask for a corrected table with your quote. Fine, heat-resistant, moisture-resistant and antistatic bags are offered.

Guangchang TGSS, TGSU and TLSS Grain Conveyors

Guangchang builds three horizontal conveyors for grain, feed and other small granular or powder materials. The TGSS enmeshed drag conveyor handles 8–120 t/h with chain speeds of 0.4–0.8 m/s. The TGSU horizontal drag conveyor covers 10–260 t/h on 60, 80 or 100 mm chain pitch. The TLSS screw conveyor handles 2–50 t/h. The drag models offer blockage and broken-chain alarms. None of the sheets lists motor power, so send your route length and material for drive sizing.

Guangchang TDTG Bucket Elevator

The Guangchang TDTG is a belt bucket elevator for lifting grain and feed vertically between a low intake and a high discharge. Twelve sizes run from TDTG26/13 at 1–4 t/h to TDTG60/33 at 90–120 t/h, with maximum power from 2.2 to 37 kW. Guangchang fits a rubber-covered head pulley and plastic buckets, offers several belt and boot arrangements, and sells a backstop, belt-deviation alarm and speed monitoring as options. Guangchang TFPX Rotary Distributor

The Guangchang TFPX is a rotary distributor that sends grain or feed from one inlet to a chosen outlet, such as a bin or the next process. Seven models run from TFPX4 to TFPX16. Every one is rated 30–50 t/h; motor power rises from 0.55 kW on the four smallest models to 1.5 kW on TFPX16. Guangchang describes automatic positioning, good sealing and a suction device that keeps the inlet chamber under negative pressure. To get a useful quote, send your outlet map, control needs and dust-extraction arrangement along with the model code.

Guangchang TCXT Magnetic Cylinders and TCXP Magnetic Separators

Guangchang makes two permanent-magnet families for pulling iron out of feed, grain and flour streams. The TCXT cylinder comes in five sizes from TCXT15 to TCXT40, rated 10–100 t/h with a field of ≥3500GS. The TCXP magnetic separator comes in three sizes, TCXP30 to TCXP50, rated 5–15 t/h at >2500GS, and it is the only family with a printed removal rate (≥99%) and overall dimensions in mm. Guangchang SKLB Counterflow Coolers

Guangchang builds SKLB counterflow coolers for pellets and other feed in two versions: a conventional cooler with slide-valve discharge and a pendulum cooler with flap discharge and a rotary distributor. Both sheets list the same six sizes, SKLB2.5 to SKLB12, rated 5 to 30 t/h, so the model code alone does not tell you which discharge you get. The pendulum version is also offered for expanded and puffed material. Name the discharge type with the size on your order, and ask Guangchang for the cooling-air volume and pressure, which neither sheet prints.

Guangchang KXFL Bran and DKTL Hull Recovery Devices

Guangchang sells two air-classification devices on one sheet, both running off the mill's existing air system. KXFL works on the rice bran line. It pulls broken rice, fines and any whole kernels out of the bran, at 0.45, 0.6 or 0.9 t/h for the 45, 60 and 80 sizes. DKTL works on the hull line and recovers whole, broken and shrivelled grain carried off with the husks. Pick the device by the stream you want to treat, then match its inlet, supplementary and outlet air to your network. The DKTL output figures need a unit check with Guangchang before sizing.

Guangchang MGCZ Double-Body Paddy Separator

Guangchang's MGCZ double-body separator sits after the husker. It takes the mix of brown rice and unhusked paddy, sends brown rice on and returns paddy for another pass through the husker. Two sizes are offered. MGCZ46×20×2 gives 4.5–5.5 t/h of brown rice from a 1200×460 mm screen face at 3 kW. MGCZ60×20×2 gives 6.5–7.5 t/h from 1200×600 mm at 4 kW. Guangchang also prints three quality figures: paddy left in brown rice, brown rice in the return stream, and return quantity against brown-rice output. Each measures a different thing.

Guangchang TQSX and TQSF Gravity Stoners

Guangchang builds gravity destoners for taking stones and other heavy impurities out of paddy and wheat. It publishes five arrangements: standard suction (TQSX56–168), A-series suction (TQSX100A–250A), gravity-classified (TQSX100x2–180x2), double-ply (TQSF120x2) and A-series classified (TQSF80A–195A). They differ in air duty, drive and how they handle grain that ends up in the stone stream. Pick the arrangement for your grain first, then the size. Several sheets print capacity without a unit and one air figure looks misprinted, so ask Guangchang to confirm those in writing before you size the line.

Guangchang TQLZ Vibrating Cleaning Sieve

The TQLZ is Guangchang's vibrating cleaning sieve for paddy, wheat, corn, sunflower and other oil seeds, and for grading rice part-way through milling or at the end. Two vibration motors drive the screen box, and Guangchang says the amplitude can be adjusted. Six sizes run from TQLZ100 at 8 t/h to TQLZ250 at 20–35 t/h, each with its own aspiration air volume and weight. Guangchang notes that output changes with the screen-hole size, so choose the screen for your grain first and the model second.

Guangchang TCQY63 Drum Pre-Cleaner

The TCQY63 is the smallest model on Guangchang's drum pre-cleaner sheet. The rotating drum takes stones, brick pieces, straw and other oversized debris out of grain before it moves on to processing or storage. The TCQY63 column gives 25 rpm, a 0.75 kW motor, 12 m³/min air volume, a 1490 × 790 × 1270 mm frame and 350 kg. Crop capacity reads 15–20 for wheat, 7–10 for paddy and 12–17 for corn, with no unit printed. Ask Guangchang to state the unit and test conditions on your quotation, together with the screen layout for your grain.
