Guangchang TBDQ and Round TZMQ Three-Way Chute Diverters
Guangchang's three-way diverters switch a grain or feed chute between outlets, or open and close it. The TBDQ series is a pneumatic three-way with proximity switches at its end positions, and Guangchang can fit a custom pneumatic or electric drive. A round TZMQ three-way comes in straight and side forms. No sizes or capacities are printed, so your quote starts from a route drawing. One point to watch: Guangchang also uses the TZMQ code for a pneumatic cutoff gate, so name the function as well as the code when you order.

The sheet heading says Three Way, while the English feature text calls TBDQ a 2-way valve. Most likely the body has three connections (one inlet, two outlets) and two selectable routes. The sheet has no flow arrows, so ask Guangchang for a drawing showing the inlet, both outlets, their orientation and each selected path.
The English word valve here means a chute diverter for dry bulk grain and feed. It is not built for liquids, water or pressurised gas.
The round TZMQ comes in two forms that the Chinese text calls straight three-way and side three-way. Ask for drawings of each, with connection angles and flange details.

Naming the right part on your order
The TZMQ code appears both on the round three-way and on Guangchang's separate pneumatic gate sheet. These are different products, so identify the one you want by function and drawing.

Position signals and drive options
Guangchang says TBDQ uses proximity switches and runs reliably. The drive is built to order, so settle the control details with the quote. For more than two routes, Guangchang's TFPX rotary distributor offers automatic positioning.

Accepting the diverter in your line
In IRRI's description of commercial rice milling, head rice and broken rice follow separate routes before blending, weighing and bagging. A diverter only chooses the route; separation and weighing need their own machines. Grading head rice from broken rice is listed among the duties of the TQLZ vibrating cleaning sieve.
