Jiaxing Taite Rubber Co., Ltd.
嘉兴泰特橡胶有限公司
Agricultural rubber tracks, OEM track and chassis design, and complete conversion track systems for combines and tractors. Construction tracks and rubber pads are a separate product line.
Replacement belts, harvester tracks or a full conversion system
Taite sells three kinds of agricultural track product. Pick the one that matches your job before asking for a price, because each is quoted from different information.
[4][7][8]Replacement agricultural belt
Keeps your machine's existing undercarriage. The quote depends on belt width, pitch, link and lug counts, inner guidance and how the belt meets the wheels. Positive-drive and friction-drive belts match the machine in different ways.
Small-harvester belt
The catalogue names the 450×90CL and KB500/550×90 families. The size label alone leaves out the link count, guide shape and harvester build, so send those with your enquiry.
Conversion track system
A complete walking assembly for large combines and tractors, with accumulator and hydraulic parts, rubber-covered rollers and rollers that follow the ground. It is quoted against your axle, chassis and load, as a full system.
A rubber-track maker in Jiashan, Zhejiang
Jiaxing Taite Rubber describes itself on its Chinese and English sites as a maker of rubber undercarriage components. Its contact address is Yongsheng Road 33 in Huimin, Jiashan, the same as the registered address. The company dates its history to 2003, which matches the registration year.
The older quality-system certificates print a different address, Tianshan Road 20, which also appears among the company's past contact addresses. When you order, ask Taite which site makes and inspects your tracks.
[1][2][3][12][13]Positive-drive and friction-drive size sheets
The agricultural page links two bilingual size sheets, one per drive type. The T762A-M03P137 friction track for MT700 tractors is one of the parts on the friction-drive sheet. The machine names on them are Taite's own application references; the machine brands have not endorsed them.
[4][5][6]| Size sheet | What it lists |
|---|---|
| Positive drive | Width × 6-inch pitch × link count, belt length, tread-bar count and drive-lug count, for several CNH, John Deere and Versatile machines. Two belts of the same width can still differ in length and drive-lug count. |
| Friction drive | Taite part numbers, width and length, tread-bar and guide-lug counts. Examples include AGCO/Challenger, John Deere two-track machines and Claas Terra Track. Guide lugs on these belts guide the track; they are a different feature from positive-drive lugs. |
| Track position | Front or rear, narrow or wide, and machine generation can change the part. The positive sheet lists 9RX Wide and Narrow and 8RX Front and Rear separately. Give your exact position and ask for the matching part drawing. |
| Unclear rows | If a printed metric or inch value looks wrong, quote it as printed and ask Taite for the current drawing of the part offered. Keep the link count to what the drawing states rather than copying a neighbouring model. |
Three conversion systems: CBL36AR3, CBL36AR4, CBM25BR4
The agricultural brochure names three assembly models. They are the CBL36AR3, the CBL36AR4 for S-series combines and the CBM25BR4 compact kit. Length and height are side-view dimensions and are separate from track width. Weight and contact area are given per side.
[8][19]| Model | Published size, weight and use |
|---|---|
| CBL36AR3 | 2655 mm long × 1690 mm high in side view; 915 mm track width; 2245 kg and 1.8 m² contact area per side. Listed for several John Deere S-series/9670STS, Case IH and Claas Tucano470 combines. Ask for the axle interface drawing for your machine. |
| CBL36AR4 | 3008 mm long × 1690 mm high; 915 mm track width; 2505 kg per side with 2.1 m² of ground contact. Against the AR3 it adds 353 mm of length and 260 kg per side, so check axle load and clearance even though the track width is the same. |
| CBM25BR4 | 2415 mm long × 1315 mm high; 635 mm track width; 1411 kg and 1.2 m² contact area per side. It is a separate, smaller assembly with its own frame. |
| Construction | Hydraulic tensioning with an accumulator, a forged one-piece sprocket shaft, hubs with two layers of seals, and oscillating bogie wheels covered in rubber. The brochure gives no figures for tension, load rating, oscillation travel or ground-pressure gain; ask for them with the quote. |

A neighbouring part, M031, has the same width but is longer and fits other models. To order, send your tractor model and configuration with the original track number, and ask Taite to confirm the full part number against a current drawing.
Ask the factory for the current specification sheet for this model.
Read the full specification record ↗OEM track design from your chassis and wheel data
Taite says it designs the track structure around the customer's chassis frame and chosen wheel system, and develops the rubber compound for machine weight, speed and working conditions. For an OEM project, send chassis and wheel drawings, the load the track must carry and the work it will do.
The engineering scope should cover the belt and drive-wheel interface, guide and roller clearances, load distribution, the tensioning arrangement and the operating environment. Ask which reinforcement and compound Taite proposes and how it will test them for your duty. The website gives no single design load, speed rating or service life for its agricultural belts, so each project gets its own figures.
[1][2][9]Steel-cable reinforcement against crop stubble
For its large-power agricultural tracks, Taite shows three auxiliary wire plies above the main steel cable, a brass-coated main cable and an extra inner ply. It explains these layers as protection against stubble puncture and wear. No puncture threshold, fatigue cycle count or service life in a named crop is published.
Tell Taite the crop residues, soil, transport speed and machine load you expect. Ask which of the illustrated constructions is in the part offered, what test supports it for your duty, and how a damaged belt will be assessed under warranty. Taite also describes vibration-reducing designs; ask whether they apply to your specific part and for its construction and test record.
[4][5][9]National standards and quality certificates
Taite appears on the national standard platform as a drafting organization for two rubber-track standards. Drafting a standard and holding a quality-system certificate are separate from test results for the belt you buy.
[12][13][14][15][16][17]| Record | What it means for your order |
|---|---|
| GB/T 20786-2025 Rubber track | Current standard, in force from 1 May 2026, with Taite named among the drafting organizations. Ask which requirements of this standard the offered belt meets and for the matching test reports. |
| GB/T 20786-2015 (old edition) | Withdrawn on 1 May 2026 and fully replaced by the 2025 edition. Any reference to it is now out of date. |
| GB/T 34232-2017 Rubber pad | Current standard naming Taite as a drafter. It covers rubber pads, a different product from continuous agricultural tracks. |
| CQC and IQNet certificates | The Chinese, English and IQNet quality-management certificates shown on the site were issued in August 2021 and print an expiry of 30 August 2024. They cover rubber track and pad design and production. Ask Taite for the current certificate. |

Check the undercarriage before replacing a belt
Taite publishes a bilingual rubber-track use guide. It explains the effects of loose and over-tight tension, warns about objects caught in the running gear, and tells users to inspect worn drive wheels, rollers and idlers. A new belt on worn wheels wears quickly, so send photos of the old belt and the wheel system with a replacement enquiry.
The guide shows a 10–20 mm tension check and gives general temperature and storage advice. It is written for rubber tracks in general. For a large agricultural track or a hydraulic conversion system, ask for the instructions for your machine and the assembly offered, including how and when to measure tension. Warranty length, overseas technician support and parts lead times are not in the downloads; get them in the quote.
[10][11]Questions buyers should settle
Does a machine brand in a Taite size sheet mean the part is OEM-approved?
Can I order a small-harvester track by quoting "450×90CL"?
The catalogue gives the family label and a picture, without link count or harvester build. Send those details, or the old track's part number, so Taite can quote the right belt.
[7]Are Taite's ISO9001 certificates current?
Taite helped draft GB/T 20786-2025. Does my track meet it?
Drafting the standard is separate from testing your part. Ask for test reports showing the offered track meets the requirements you need.
[15]Getting a track quote that fits your machine
Decide between a belt and a full system first, then ask for a quote tied to one part and its drawing.
