Taite T762A-M03P137 Friction Track for MT700

T762A-M03P137 is a 30-inch friction-drive agricultural track from Taite, listed for the AGCO MT700 tractors MT735, MT745, MT755, MT765 and MT775. Taite's bilingual size sheet gives 762 mm width, 8839 mm belt length, 6-inch pitch, 116 tread bars and 58 guide lugs. A neighbouring part, M031, has the same width but is longer and fits other models. To order, send your tractor model and configuration with the original track number, and ask Taite to confirm the full part number against a current drawing.

M03 or M031: two 30-inch MT700 tracks

Taite's friction-drive sheet lists two 30-inch tracks for MT700 tractors. They share width and pitch but differ in length, lug count and the models they fit.

Taite partLength, counts and listed tractors
T762A-M03P137MT700 MT735/745/755/765/775: 348 in (8839 mm) long, 116 tread bars, 58 guide lugs.
T762A-M031P137MT700 MT738/740/743 and Fendt Vario MT900 938/940/943MT: 360 in (9144 mm) long, 120 tread bars, 60 guide lugs.
Shared valuesBoth print 30 in / 762 mm width and 6 in pitch.
When orderingQuote the full part number and your exact tractor configuration. "MT700, 30-inch track" fits either part, and the two are not interchangeable.

Friction drive and the guide-lug profile

Taite places this track in its friction-drive sheet. The 58 inner lugs guide the belt along the wheels; the drive comes from friction between the wheels and the belt. A positive-drive belt of similar size will not suit this tractor, and the lug count gives no drive ratio.

Ask Taite for the cross-section and guide-lug drawing of T762A-M03P137, showing the drive-contact surface, roller and idler guidance, and allowed clearances. Compare it with your original part number and the wheels fitted to the tractor. The photo on this page is Taite's general friction-track picture and may differ in detail from this part.

Belt length, stretch and the old track

The 348-inch length, 58 guide lugs and 116 tread bars separate this part from the longer M031. Keep the printed units and full part number in your enquiry. The sheet does not say how length is measured, so ask Taite for the drawing and tolerance; a tape measurement on the tractor can differ from the drawing value.

Taite's use guide explains that over-tight tension can stretch a track and change its shape, and that loose tension can damage the inner rubber and running gear. Photograph and identify the old belt, but order from the tractor configuration and original part number rather than its measured length. Include the wear on the wheels and the state of the tensioner in the replacement check.

Matching the track to your MT700 tractor

Taite lists MT735, MT745, MT755, MT765 and MT775 together, with no year, serial or undercarriage-option limits. The next row on the sheet covers other MT700 models, so the series name alone is not enough to choose a track. AGCO has not endorsed the Taite part; the list is Taite's own.

Send Taite your exact tractor model, build configuration, fitted undercarriage and original track number, and ask for a written fit confirmation and current drawing for that machine. If the running gear or wheels have been changed from the original, say so in the enquiry. Tracks and other replacement items are collected in our parts and attachments section.

Load, crop and road work for the rubber compound

Taite says it adapts track structure to the chassis and wheels, and the rubber compound to machine weight, speed and working conditions. For this 762 mm belt, tell Taite the tractor and load it will carry, field and road work, crop residues and soil. Ask which compound and reinforcement revision the offered track uses.

Taite's agricultural page describes protection against stubble puncture and wear. It gives no speed or load rating, fatigue count, puncture threshold or service life for T762A-M03P137. Ask for those limits for the part you are offered.

Tension setting and running-gear checks

Taite's downloadable rubber-track guide gives general tension and environment advice and tells users to inspect drive wheels, rollers and idlers. It shows a 10–20 mm tension check for rubber tracks in general. For the MT700, set tension using the tractor and track instructions for this part.

Ask Taite for installation and storage guidance, part identification for your tractor, and what it needs to assess a warranty claim. Warranty length, overseas service times and fuel savings are not stated for this part; get them in the quote.

Buyer questions

Can T762A-M031P137 replace T762A-M03P137?

Taite lists them with different lengths, tread and guide counts, and tractor models. Width and pitch match, but the tracks are not interchangeable. Order the part listed for your tractor. [1]

Are the 58 lugs drive lugs?

No. This is a friction-drive track, and the sheet calls them guide lugs. Ask for the inner-profile drawing to check them against your wheels. [1]

Is this track approved by AGCO?

The tractor list is Taite's own application list. Ask Taite to confirm fit for your tractor in writing; if you need maker approval, request it separately. [1]

Is the photo the exact M03 part?

It is Taite's general friction-track picture. Check the M03 dimensions and construction on the current part drawing. [2]

Ordering the right 30-inch track

Your quote should name one belt and the tractor it will fit. Converting a combine is a different purchase: there Taite quotes whole systems such as the CBL36AR3, CBL36AR4 and CBM25BR4.

  1. Fix the part number

T762A-M03P137, 30-inch friction-drive track; keep the full code and drawing revision.

  2. Identify the tractor

Exact MT735/745/755/765/775 configuration, original part number, any running-gear changes, and photos of the guide and drive surfaces.

  3. Check the geometry

Current drawing of length, width, pitch and inner profile, with tolerances and the match to wheels, rollers and tensioner. M031 is the longer track and fits other models.

  4. Agree duty and inspection

Load, speed and field conditions, compound and reinforcement, dimensional and lot checks, installation documents and warranty terms.
