Taite CBM25BR4 Compact Combine Conversion Track Kit
CBM25BR4 is the compact conversion track system in Taite's agricultural brochure, built for smaller combines. One side carries a 635 mm belt, measures 2415 mm long by 1315 mm high in profile, weighs 1411 kg and has a stated contact area of 1.2 m². Taite lists it for the John Deere R230/1076, Case IH 4088 and Lovol GK120. The small size makes it easy to screen for space. For an order, ask Taite for a mounted-kit drawing for your combine, the adapter it needs and the permitted axle load.

Build my procurement briefA separate small frame, quoted as a full kit
CBM25BR4 has its own model block, machine list, drawing, weight and area in the brochure. The drawing shows a lower module with its own wheel layout, so it is a separate design from the CBL36 frames. Ask for the CBM25BR4 frame, hub, belt, adapter and tensioner part numbers together.
For your combine, request a drawing of the whole assembly on its axle and a list of what is supplied. Ask which parts are unique to CBM25BR4 and which are shared with Taite's other systems. The brochure has no parts interchange list across models, so get adapter and spare-part numbers from Taite for this kit.
John Deere, Case IH and Lovol: one kit model, separate adapters
Taite lists several machines under CBM25BR4 without showing one mounting that suits all of them. Use your machine name to ask for its own kit.
| Listed machine | What to get with the offer |
|---|---|
| John Deere R230 / 1076 | Your exact combine and build, axle interface and current running gear; an assembly and adapter drawing for that model. |
| Case IH 4088 | The axle and attachment setup of your machine. The Case IH models on the CBL36 lists are a different application. |
| Lovol GK120 | Build and original wheel or track setup, and the CBM kit and mounting offset for that machine. |
| Every listed machine | Taite's written fit responsibility, plus approval from the combine maker if you need it. The list itself is Taite's. |
Published specifications
Read each value with its stated conditions, and ask the manufacturer for any limit not listed here.
| Specification | Published value | Meaning / limit |
|---|---|---|
| Model | CBM25BR4 [1] | A complete Taite UltimaTrack conversion assembly with its own frame, supplied with a 635 mm belt. |
| Listed machines | John Deere R230 / 1076; Case IH 4088; Lovol GK120 [1] | Taite's list as printed. Confirm the machine version, axle setup and any approval for your offer. |
| Track width | 635 mm [1] | Width across the belt; the mounting offset sets overall combine width. |
| Profile size | 2415 mm span × 1315 mm height [1] | Side-view size of the module. Clearance on your machine needs a mounted drawing. |
| Weight per side | 1411 kg [1] | The module's own weight. Supported load and net weight change are separate figures. |
| Contact area per side | 1.2 m² [1] | Taite's figure, with no load, soil or deflection conditions stated. |
| Horizontal split | 1217.5 mm / 1197.5 mm [1] | Spans either side of the upper axis, adding up to 2415 mm. Fore and aft orientation comes from the mounting drawing. |
| Vertical split | 490 mm above / 825 mm below the upper-axis level [1] | Adds up to 1315 mm on the diagram. The change in axle or header height on your combine is a separate figure. |
Height on the drawing and height on your combine
On the CBM drawing the upper axis is 825 mm above the bottom of the module, with 490 mm more above it, for 1315 mm overall. That is lower than the CBL36 models. How far your combine's axle, body or header moves after conversion also depends on the adapter and the radius of the wheels you remove.
Ask Taite for the mounted axle datum, module orientation and clearance drawings for your combine. Check ride height and header clearance against those drawings with Taite before you count on a lower or higher machine.

Width, length and the belt to reorder
635 mm is the belt width across the track; 2415 mm is the side-view length. The drawing splits that length into 1217.5 and 1197.5 mm around the upper axis and prints a separate 1820 mm lower dimension. Ask Taite what the 1820 mm measures before treating it as ground-contact length, and keep belt width apart from overall machine width.
For clearance and transport, get the full three-dimensional outline and installed offset, including left and right orientation and adapter projection. For spares, get the fitted belt's pitch, link and guide profile and part number; 635 mm alone will not identify the belt when you reorder.

A lighter module and the load it carries
One CBM module weighs 1411 kg, less than the CBL36 modules. The brochure gives no rated combine load or payload for CBM25BR4, so a lighter frame needs its own load figures before you compare it with the larger systems.
Ask Taite for permitted module and axle loads, the load cases for your combine, and the installed weight after the removed wheels are taken off. Ask how the 1.2 m² area is defined and at what load before you assess soil pressure. Taite describes flotation and soil protection for the family; ask for figures that apply to your machine and fields.
How much smaller than CBL36AR3
Against the CBL36AR3 in the same brochure, CBM25BR4 has a 280 mm narrower belt, a 240 mm shorter span and a 375 mm lower profile. It is 834 kg lighter per side, with 0.6 m² less contact area. Use these differences to check whether a system fits the space on your machine. For an S-series combine, the CBL36AR4 conversion tracks are the third Taite system to weigh.
Each model has its own machine list and needs its own interface and load figures. Ask Taite for CBM25BR4's capacity and operating limits; any gain in turning, fuel use or compaction would need its own test data.

Buyer questions
Can I order a spare CBM belt as "635 mm"?
Width alone leaves out pitch, guide shape and link count. Ask Taite for the part number of the belt fitted to your CBM build. [1]
Is 1315 mm my combine's height after conversion?
It is the module's side-view height. Your machine's mounted height comes from the axle and adapter drawing and its original setup. [1]
Is 1411 kg the load the kit can carry?
No, it is the weight of one module. Ask Taite for the supported load rating for your combine. [1]
Parts lists and tensioning manuals for CBM
Taite's family materials describe accumulator-assisted hydraulic tensioning, sealed hubs and rubber-covered oscillating wheels. The CBM offer should say which of these parts are fitted to your build and what connections the combine needs. The brochure gives no CBM pressure settings, hydraulic flow, service intervals or inspection limits.
Ask for the CBM installation and service manuals, a belt, hub and roller parts list, and training and support where the combine works. Taite's rubber-track sheet is general advice and does not replace a CBM tensioning procedure. Agree fit, installer availability and warranty length in the contract. When the job is a tractor belt swap, Taite's T762A-M03P137 friction track for MT700 is quoted as a single belt instead.
