Zhejiang Remo Garden Machinery Co., Ltd.

浙江锐木园林机械有限公司

Zhejiang Remo Garden Machinery, based in Wuyi, Jinhua, sells petrol garden tools alongside a 20 V cordless line. Decide on the power system as well as the tool. A petrol chainsaw order turns on the bar, chain and engine manual; a cordless order turns on the battery and charger supplied with each model.

Petrol tools and the 20 V line

Remo's catalogue menu lists four petrol tool categories and three 20 V cordless categories. The RM-BC gasoline brush cutters, the RM-SPL12A battery sprayer and the RM-US3A 20V universal spreader each have their own page here.

Based on the manufacturer's published range.

A good fit for

  • Quotes for Remo petrol chainsaws, brush cutters, hedge trimmers and earth augers, and for its 20 V chainsaws, sprayers and spreaders.
  • Comparing RM-CS3800H engine figures and bar options before ordering a chainsaw.
  • OEM enquiries, which Remo says it handles for some products.

Confirm in writing before ordering

  • Which batteries and chargers fit each 20 V model, and what each kit contains.
  • The current chainsaw manual, bar and chain combinations, weight and conformity documents.
  • Current production capacity, OEM change control and how long spare parts stay available.

OEM work and spare parts

Remo says it supplies some OEM products and takes part in development or production for customers. It also says it aims to keep older machines compatible and to keep spare parts available for them. Its introduction gives no minimum order, drawing-change process, parts list or fixed support period.

For an OEM order, name the model, the branding and packaging changes you want, the bar and chain or battery kit, and the manual language. Ask Remo which changes need new drawings, instructions or tests. For ongoing supply, get a parts schedule tied to model and revision, agree who handles service, and set a procedure for substitute parts. Ask Remo to list in writing which parts are shared between neighbouring models.

2023 government subsidy listing

A Zhejiang government-hosted table of 2023 first-batch technical-upgrade subsidies names Zhejiang Remo Garden Machinery Co., Ltd. in Chinese. Row 21 records a mower upgrade project filed in August 2021. Remo's contact page places the company in Wuyi, Jinhua, which matches the listing.

The project title includes a planned annual output for that mower line. For capacity on your own order, ask Remo for current output and lead time on the models you want.

Checking a sample tool kit

Test the exact kit you plan to import. The RM-CS3800H listing has no full operator manual, declared noise or vibration values, machine weight, brake test report or destination-market conformity documents, so add these to your sample request.

  1. Fix the bill of supply

Record model, engine and label details, bar and chain or battery and charger kit, guards, tools, manuals and packaging.

  2. Watch a controlled demonstration

Get Remo's operating limits and demonstration procedure. For chainsaws, use a trained operator and check the controls and safety functions.

  3. Match the wear parts

Tie the fitted cutting assembly to parts codes and replacement instructions. For cordless tools, record battery and charger codes separately.

  4. Agree what ships with the order

Configuration photos, packing list, inspection record and model documents. Settle warranty, spare-parts stock and lead time on the contract.

Questions buyers should settle

Do all Remo 20 V tools share one battery?

Remo's pages give no battery compatibility chart. Ask for the battery, connector, charger and model codes for each tool and get the fit confirmed in writing.

[1][2]
Can I pick the 14 inch bar from engine size alone?

Choose it as part of a set. The RM-CS3800H page lists bar lengths with gauge and pitch but no full assembly chart, so ask Remo to state the bar, chain, sprocket and drive-link count for the version you buy.

[1]
What does the 2023 subsidy record tell me about capacity?

It shows a mower upgrade project filed in 2021 with a planned output. For your order, ask Remo for current output and lead time on the models you need.

[4]
Will Remo make OEM versions and keep parts in stock?

Remo says it takes part in OEM work and intends to keep parts available for older machines. Agree the order scope, minimum quantity and support period in the contract.

[2]
What should I ask for before a chainsaw sample?

The manual, weight, declared noise and vibration values, brake test report and the conformity documents your market requires, all for the model and kit you will receive.
