Zhejiang Yinqiu Machinery Co., Ltd.
浙江银球机械有限公司
Zhejiang Yinqiu Machinery builds tea-processing equipment in Xinchang, Zhejiang, through a tea-machinery division that sits beside its tool and sheet-metal production centres. The tea range covers shaping machines, flat-tea processing machines, drum finishing and continuous flat-tea lines. Decide first whether you need one machine, one process stage or a whole line, then ask Yinqiu for a quote and a leaf trial on that scope.
Who Yinqiu is and what tea machines it offers
Yinqiu presents itself as a technology business in intelligent equipment and precision machine-tool tools. It runs three production centres and a tea-equipment division. That division grew out of the former Xinchang Tea Machinery Factory.
The tea catalogue splits into four groups: shaping equipment, flat-tea roasting and processing, drum finishing, and continuous flat-tea lines. A single-machine order and a line order need different quotes. Tell Yinqiu which group and which stages you want, and ask for a schedule showing which parts it builds, which it buys in and who is responsible for each. Comparable machines from other makers for each of these stages are listed under tea processing.
[1][2][3]Automatic flat-tea functions to ask about
Yinqiu describes the 781ZD family as one machine that fries, shakes, presses, rubs and bakes, taking leaf through fixation, shaping, drying and polishing. It controls fresh-leaf feeding, pan temperature, fixation time and the downward stroke of the platen. Discharge, platen cleaning and oil addition are automatic. Use each function as a question for your own tea.
[3]| Function group Yinqiu lists | What to ask for your order |
|---|---|
| Leaf and pan process | Which operations and settings the chosen model uses for your leaf and the tea you want to make. |
| Temperature, time and platen controls | The adjustable ranges, how accurately they are measured and the operating instructions. The page gives no numeric control schedule. |
| Cleaning and oil addition | How the mechanism works, which substances may be used, the contact materials and what the operator still does by hand. |
| Running several machines as a line | How leaf moves between machines, where it waits and what happens when one machine stops. |
Models and specifications
Quote the exact model, configuration and operating conditions together, and ask the factory to confirm current availability.
Yinqiu 6CCB-781ZD Flat-Tea Processing Machine
Catalogue reference: 6CCB-781ZD
The Yinqiu 6CCB-781ZD is an electrically heated, microcomputer-controlled flat-tea machine. In one pan it takes fresh leaf through fixation, shaping, flattening, drying and polishing, with automatic feeding, temperature, fixation-time and platen control, plus automatic discharge, platen cleaning and oil addition. The 780 × 470 mm pan sits in a 1240 × 850 × 1250 mm frame weighing 148 kg, driven by a 0.75 kW motor with 5 kW of heating. Yinqiu lists output of ≥0.35 kg/h and broken tea of ≤3%. Plan a trial on your own leaf to fix the settings and confirm both figures before ordering.

6CCB-781ZD figures and the trial to ask for
The 781ZD table lists a 780 × 470 mm pan, a 0.75 kW motor, 5 kW electric heating and a platen speed of 26–32 rpm. It also lists output of ≥0.35 kg/h and broken tea of ≤3%. The table does not say whether output is fresh leaf or dry tea, or which leaf and settings produced both figures.
Ask Yinqiu for a run on representative leaf, with input and output defined, settings recorded and broken tea graded to a method you agree. Other shaping and drum-finishing models in the catalogue have their own tables; ask for test conditions on the 781ZD itself. The Hengfeng 6CCB-842ZD flat tea roaster is a rival flat-tea model worth trialling on the same leaf.
[3]Is this a fit for your project?
Based on the manufacturer's published range.
A good fit for
- A flat-tea machine or line enquiry that names the operations and control functions you need.
- A 781ZD sample run on your own leaf, with the pan process and the result you expect defined in advance.
Confirm in writing before ordering
- Control ranges, cleaning and oiling instructions, contact materials and trial results for the model you order.
- Current production and inspection records, certificate scope, line interfaces and support terms in the contract.
Factory, workshops and build documents
Yinqiu's introduction describes production and testing resources across its three centres. Its production-environment page shows captioned photographs of the factory and an intelligent tea-machine workshop. The introduction also gives scale figures and mentions quality, credit and high-technology titles. Its area figure in the main text differs from a shortened counter on the same site.
When you shortlist Yinqiu, ask for the current floor area, the split between in-house manufacturing and assembly, material records for leaf-contact surfaces, electrical and function checks, and how each machine is identified. Request any certificate with its issuer, scope and date.
[1][2]JB/T 15114-2025 tea fermentation machine standard
The national standards service lists Zhejiang Yinqiu Machinery as one of the drafting organisations of JB/T 15114-2025, Tea fermentation machines. The standard was published on 9 May 2025 and took effect on 1 November 2025. It shows the company taking part in technical standard work for tea machinery.
The standard covers fermentation machines. A flat-tea machine such as the 781ZD has its own documents. If fermentation equipment is part of your project, ask for that machine's model and papers; for a flat-tea order, ask for the documents that belong to the exact machine quoted. For black tea, the Sunyoung 6CHFJ-5B / 6CHFJ-10B fermentation machines give you a quoted model to hold against this standard.

Questions buyers should settle
How long has Yinqiu made tea machines?
Yinqiu traces its tea-equipment division to the former Xinchang Tea Machinery Factory. If the company's founding date matters for your purchase, ask Yinqiu for its registration record.
[1]Will the 781ZD reach ≥0.35 kg/h with ≤3% broken tea on my leaf?
The table lists both figures without the leaf, settings or measuring method. Agree a trial that defines output and broken tea, and ask Yinqiu to confirm the results in writing.
[3]Does JB/T 15114 cover flat-tea machines?
No. It is a standard for tea fermentation machines. Ask for the documents that apply to the flat-tea model you are buying.
