Output and broken tea: set up one trial run
The model table prints ≥0.35 kg/h and ≤3% broken tea side by side. It does not say whether output is fresh leaf or dry tea, or how broken tea is measured. Put the same questions to any rival flat-tea machine, such as the Hengfeng 6CCB-842ZD flat tea roaster, so both trials are scored alike.
With Yinqiu and your tea specialist, choose representative leaf, define the finished product and agree a sampling method. During the run, weigh input and output, log elapsed time, stops and the control settings. Grade broken tea to the classification you agreed, so the percentage means the same thing on every batch.

Automatic platen cleaning and oil addition
Yinqiu lists automatic platen cleaning and automatic oil addition. The page does not describe how either works, which oil is used, how much is dosed or what the operator still has to clean.
Ask for the cleaning procedure and a list of contact materials. Find out which oils or other substances are allowed and where they are applied, and what manual cleaning and inspection are needed between batches and at shutdown. File these instructions with the machine revision you receive.

Power supply, floor space and handover
The 0.75 kW motor and 5 kW heater are listed separately. The model page gives no voltage, phases or protection requirements, so get the electrical package from Yinqiu before your electrician plans the supply. Is 0.35 kg/h measured as dry tea?
The table does not say. Ask Yinqiu to state in writing whether the figure is fresh leaf or finished tea, and the settings used. [1]

That depends on your leaf and settings. Agree the sampling and grading method, run a trial, and ask Yinqiu to confirm the result for your order. [1]
Does automatic platen cleaning remove all manual cleaning?
