Sunyoung 6CST-40 Drum Tea Fixation Machine
The Sunyoung 6CST-40 is the smallest model in the maker's drum tea-fixation table. It runs continuous fixation, sits on three-wheel support shared with the 50 size, and lets the operator adjust process parameters. The table offers firewood/coal or electric heating, a 0.55 kW drive motor, an electric reference energy entry of 20.5 kW/h and a reference output of at least 25 kg/h. Order it with one chosen heating set-up, a utility schedule for that set-up, and a fixation trial on your own leaf.

For the 6CST-40, the energy-source column lists firewood/coal and electricity, but a reference energy value appears only for electric running. The table has no fuel consumption, heater wiring diagram or supply voltage. Have the quotation name one heating arrangement and every item needed to run it. Sunyoung's own gas, DRL electric and solid-fuel furnaces are the heat sources to name here if you go beyond the electric build.

Features that belong to the larger drums
Sunyoung fits moisture-removal equipment to its 60, 80 and 100 drums and adjustable frame tilt to the electric 60 and 80 versions. For the 40 and 50 sizes it highlights three-wheel support and easy clearing of leaves left at the end of a run.
If you need moisture extraction, tilt adjustment or a particular discharge layout on a 6CST-40, ask for a drawing and an equipment list for that exact build. Keep figures and dimensions from the 60 and 80 columns out of your 40-model specification. Running a fixation trial on your leaf
Sunyoung calls the process parameters adjustable and suited to continuous fixation, and publishes no temperature, drum speed, residence time or leaf-quality schedule. A useful trial needs your own leaf and a result both sides agree on in advance. Sunyoung notes the heating used and the actual control settings, and hands over the operating instructions for them.
Time a continuous run
Weigh material in and out, log time and stoppages, and state whether hourly output counts fresh leaf or processed leaf.
Judge the result
Apply your own tea-process standard for evenness and quality, and track the samples through the next stage.
Room layout and handover papers
Use 2400 × 760 × 1400 mm to start the room drawing, then add the leaf feed point, the discharge bin or next machine, operator access and space to clean and service. If you choose combustion heat, get Sunyoung's flue arrangement and have the site needs checked by the relevant specialists.
Ask for the full operating, cleaning and maintenance manuals, food-contact material details and the parts list for the model delivered. Ask how a run is shut down and the remaining leaves emptied, and for a written procedure to move the machine on its wheels. Packed size, shipping weight, warranty and support in your country go on the quotation.
