Sunyoung 6CRZ-55 Automatic Tea Rolling Module
Sunyoung's automatic tea-rolling module groups several automatic rollers with feeding and discharge conveyors and one control program. Rollers come in sizes 40, 55 and 65 and stand in one or two rows, with the number chosen to suit your production. The brochure example, 6CRZ-55, takes 30 kg of fixed leaf per barrel. That is a batch charge; output per hour depends on the rolling cycle and how many barrels you install. One integrated program loads the rollers, applies pressure and discharges the leaf. Sunyoung aims the module at medium and large processing sites and cooperatives that want less manual work, more efficiency and more standard tea. No labour or quality figures are attached.
Tell Sunyoung which tea you roll, what fixation or other step comes before, the leaf's moisture and bulk on arrival, and the rolled result you want. Ask for the charge and program limits of the chosen roller. A repeatable program shows its value once you record the same inputs and check the same outputs batch after batch.

30 kg per barrel and what it means for output
The 6CRZ-55 example loads 30 kg of fixed leaf into each barrel. Rolling-cycle length, loading and unloading time, leaf moisture and module output per hour are not printed.
To compare capacity, ask Sunyoung for the approved charge, the full cycle and the roller count for the configuration on offer. Find out whether barrels run together or in a staggered sequence, and how the shared conveyors pace loading and discharge. Have Sunyoung confirm the hourly output of that exact arrangement in writing.

Choosing rows, roller count and conveyors
One row or two, and how many rollers, depend on your production. The example envelope is one layout among many. Rolled leaf that leaves the barrels in clumps can be passed to Sunyoung's 6CJW tea clump breakers.

Checking the automatic weighing
Sunyoung lists automatic weighing without an accuracy class, range or calibration method. The 30 kg figure is an example charge, so the maximum for your barrels comes from the manual for your build.
Weighing point
Ask whether the scale weighs each charge, an upstream hopper or another point, and mark it on the process drawing.
Check method
Follow Sunyoung's calibration and check procedure and compare against a separate scale you trust. Record actual charges and conditions.
Leaf left behind
See how leaf held in the weighing and feed paths is counted between barrels and lots, and how well the paths empty.
Charge range
Agree the leaf condition and charge range for the size you buy, and watch a full rolling and discharge cycle. Get separate figures for sizes 40 and 65.

Speed and pressure program
Frequency control sets the roller speed and the program sets the pressure. Neither range is printed, so ask for them and test them on your leaf. Rolling follows fixation in the sequence our tea processing machinery by stage guide lays out.

Mode changes and stopped batches
Manual and automatic programs can be switched, and discharge is powered, according to the brochure. It does not say whether you may switch with leaf in the barrel, or how pressure, gates and conveyors react to a fault.
Ask for Sunyoung's current instructions and see them demonstrated. Agree how a batch keeps its identity and is recovered if a conveyor or the next process stops, what the operator does, and how the machine restarts. Ask which guards, stop buttons and control documents come with the module.

How many kilograms per hour does the module roll?
The brochure gives 30 kg of fixed leaf per barrel, with no cycle time. Ask Sunyoung for hourly output of the arrangement you are offered. [1]

The table gives motor power for one automatic roller, the elevator and two flat conveyors. A total for the whole example, with all drives and extras, is not printed. Close the order with these steps.
Count the parts
Get quantities of rollers, elevators, feed and discharge conveyors, weighing units, cabinets and frames, and list what the site supplies.
Power and controls
Ask for the supply needed, each motor and cabinet load, and connection and stop drawings for the full module.
Batch trial
Record charge weight and condition, the program, full-cycle timing and the rolled result. Compare offers on the same basis.
Support
Ask for rolling, pressure, discharge and conveyor spares for your size, maintenance instructions, delivery and warranty terms.
