Ningbo Sinharbour Garden Machinery Co., Ltd.

宁波新合博园林机械有限公司

Ningbo Sinharbour Garden Machinery makes petrol lawn mowers, petrol tillers and petrol engines in Yuyao. Its catalogue runs from lawn care to small-plot cultivation. Start with the job, mowing or soil preparation, then fix the engine, the working parts and the import documents for the exact version you are quoted. The HG60T tiller is the best-documented model.

Mowing, cultivation or engines: start with the job

Sinharbour's introduction names three petrol product lines. The homepage splits its lawn mowers into four inch-size groups and keeps tillers in a category of their own. Those groups make the catalogue easier to browse. Engine, drive and spare parts can still differ between machines in the same group. The website shows garden and small-plot machines; tractors and larger farm machinery are outside its range.

[1][2]

Lawn care

Give the lawn area, gate or path width, grass conditions and whether you want to collect, mulch or discharge clippings. Pick one mower, then ask about its drive and collection.

Soil preparation

Give soil texture, previous cultivation, stones, roots and bed size. Judge the tiller by its working parts and a trial in your soil.

Petrol engines

Ask whether engines are sold on their own today, and request the shaft arrangement, mounting drawing and supply scope for a named engine model.

Models and specifications

Quote the exact model, configuration and operating conditions together, and ask the factory to confirm current availability.

Sinharbour HG48SMH Self-Propelled Mower

Sinharbour sells the HG48 as a self-propelled 48 cm (19-inch) petrol lawn mower in two versions, HG48SMH-B and HG48SMH-BS625. Both share a steel deck, central height adjustment in eight positions from 25 to 75 mm, a 60 L half-plastic grass catcher and four clipping modes. They differ in engine, fuel and oil capacity and weight. The photo for the BS625 version shows 675EX on the engine cover while its specification says BS625E, so fix the exact engine with Sinharbour before you order mowers or parts.

Ask the factory for the current specification sheet for this model.

Sinharbour HG60T Petrol Rotary Tiller

Catalogue reference: HG60T

The Sinharbour HG60T is a hand-push petrol rotary tiller for beds and small plots. Sinharbour lists a 600 mm working width, a 260 mm tilling depth and a BS500E 140 cc engine rated 2.03 kW at 3000 rpm. The machine weighs 32.6 kg net and ships in a 69 × 38 × 66 cm carton. The breadcrumb on the model page says HG36T, so order by the HG60T name and ask for a signed sheet. Use the figures below to check bed access and to plan a soil trial before you buy in volume.

HG60T tiller: published figures

The HG60T page gives more detail than most small-tiller listings: a BS500E engine, displacement, power at a stated speed, working width and depth, weights and carton size. The page labels are mixed. The breadcrumb ends in HG36T, the browser title reads HG41P 4 Wheel, and the heading and specification block say HG60T. The separate tiller index lists HG36T and HG60T. Quote against HG60T and ask Sinharbour to send a current signed specification sheet that carries that model name.

HG60T figureWhat to check for your order
BS500E, 140 cc; 2.03 kW at 3000 rpmCheck the engine marking and the engine fitted to current production. Displacement says nothing about how much ground the machine works per hour.
Hand push; 600 mm tilling width; 260 mm tilling depthThe tiller is pushed by hand, with no powered wheels or gear selection described. Depth depends on your soil, so judge it in a demonstration.
32.6 kg net; 35.5 kg gross; 69 × 38 × 66 cm cartonUse net weight for handling and the carton for freight. Ask for the accessory list, assembly state on arrival and the latest packing list.

Is this a fit for your project?

Based on the manufacturer's published range.

A good fit for

  • Catalogue enquiries for petrol lawn mowers and petrol tillers.
  • An HG60T order built on the published working width, engine data and packing figures.
  • Buyers who want a garden mower and a small tiller from the same factory.

Confirm in writing before ordering

  • Performance in uncultivated, compacted, stony or heavily rooted ground.
  • Current engine version, operator manual and conformity documents for your destination.
  • Production capacity, lead time, OEM options and long-term parts supply.

Production and quality control

Sinharbour calls itself a manufacturer and says it runs a strict quality-control system. The HG60T listing gives steel as the material. Details of machining, welding and assembly, incoming inspection, line output, engine sourcing and final testing are not published.

For a first order, ask for a process overview of the machine you choose, a photographed final-inspection record and a link from each machine serial number to its engine. If you want your own colours, packaging or changed parts, ask which changes need new instructions and new conformity documents. Ask Sinharbour directly about customisation and the minimum order quantity.

[2][3]

CE, GS and emissions marks on the website

The About page names CE, GS, EMC, NOISE, PAHs and EURO II, and credits TÜV Rheinland with certification. The HG60T listing shows CE, EMC, GS and EURO II. Certificate numbers, holders, test reports, expiry dates and engine approvals are not on the pages.

Before you import, ask for the dated declaration and the supporting reports for your exact model, engine version and destination. Check that the holder, model names and scope match your quotation. Your own compliance check still applies.

[2][3]

Plan the HG60T sample and spare parts

The first HG60T sample should tell you whether the machine fits between your beds, turns at the end of a row and works your soil. Use the published 600 mm width, 260 mm depth and 32.6 kg net weight as the starting point for that trial.

[3][2]
  1. Identify the sample

Record the machine label, engine label, blade set, guards, controls and accessories, and compare them with the agreed configuration.

  2. Test it in your soil

Note soil moisture and previous cultivation, number of passes, depth reached, handling and any stops for roots or stones. Agree a safe test method with Sinharbour and the operator.

  3. Plan spare parts

Request an exploded parts drawing with codes for wear items, the belts or transmission parts fitted, filters and controls. Settle who services the engine and who supports the tiller itself.

  4. Settle the paperwork

Get the current assembly and operating instructions, spare-parts availability, warranty terms and packing list in writing.

Questions buyers should settle

Is the 21 inch mower group a single machine?

It is a catalogue group on the homepage. Choose one model, then check its engine, drive, cutting-height adjustment, collection and safety documents.

[1]
Is HG60T the same machine as the HG36T in the breadcrumb?

The page heading and specification block say HG60T, while the breadcrumb says HG36T. Ask Sinharbour to confirm the model in writing and send a dated configuration sheet before you order.

[3]
Does the HG60T drive its own wheels?

Sinharbour lists the drive as hand push, with no wheel transmission or forward and reverse speeds. Ask for the operating manual and a demonstration of the controls.

[3]
Can I import on the strength of the marks shown on the website?

The site names the marks without the model documents behind them. Ask for the current declarations and test reports for your exact model and engine.

[2][3]
Can I visit the plant or see the tiller run?

Ask Sinharbour for a factory visit or a video of the tiller working in soil like yours, and agree a sample trial before a volume order.

HG60T declarations from 2023 and 2018

A distributor's document reproduces a Sinharbour declaration for HG60T and HG60TN with production year 2023, signed in November 2023. It names the manufacturer, the European representative and the machinery, electromagnetic compatibility, noise and engine-emissions documents it cites. The same file also holds a declaration for HG60T-B and an older 2018 declaration for HG60T. Each covers its own scope and year.

These declarations come through a distributor and do not name the BS500E engine shown on Sinharbour's own page. Ask for the machine and engine labels of the unit you will receive and a current declaration that matches them. Keep each version apart, and take noise and emissions figures from the document that covers your unit.
