Ningbo Runte Irrigation Equipment

宁波润特灌溉设备有限公司

Ningbo Runte Irrigation Equipment makes drippers, arrow emitters, micro and impact sprinklers, plus the fittings, filters and valves that feed them. Its catalogue gives pressure and flow for named RT drippers. A 2026 test report covers a TOLV 4 L/h emitter. Start with the emitter and flow you need, then send Runte your line layout and pressures. Ask it to confirm which build it will supply and which test data apply to that build.

Emitters and the parts that feed them

Runte splits its catalogue into emitters and the components that supply and control them. Emitters come as pressure-compensating, non-compensating, adjustable and arrow drippers. The rest of the range covers hanging micro-sprinklers, impact sprinklers, filters, mini valves, compression fittings, water timers and solenoid valves. Choose the emitter first, then size the feed parts around it. Two examples from the catalogue are the RT-8070/A/B pressure-compensating drippers and the RT-9816 and RT-9821 rain guns.

[1][4][6]
Product groupWhat to specify
Pressure-compensating drippersRT-8070 is listed at 1.0–3.0 bar with 4 or 8 L/h. RT-8070A and RT-8070B cover the same pressure band with 2, 4, 6 or 8 L/h. Order by full code and flow.
Arrow drippers and blueberry kitsThe Chinese introduction names arrow drippers, and the IFEX record describes blueberry capillary and arrow kits. Ask for the kit contents, outlet count, tube lengths and flow.
SprinklersChoose micro, hanging or impact sprinklers by the area to cover and how they will be mounted. Ask for radius and pressure data for the model you pick.
Feed and control partsQuote filters, pipe, fittings, valves and controls together with the emitters, and ask for drawings, pressure losses and electrical details for each.

Company name, addresses and founding date

The Chinese website names 宁波润特灌溉设备有限公司 and gives 2015 as the founding year, the same year as the registry record. The IFEX exhibitor profile uses the same name and lists Guangcheng Zhichuang Park building 11, 1228 Tanjialing Road, which is the registered address.

The contact page gives a different address: 18 Xiaxiang Road, Lanjiang. The 2022 design patents show an earlier address in Jiangjiadu, Xijiang. Ask Runte which company signs the contract and where the goods are made and shipped from.

Dates also vary on the website. The homepage banner says "Since 2003", the English counters say established 2005, the narrative says 2015, and one label claims 18 years of experience. If an older predecessor business matters to you, ask Runte for its history. The IFEX page now advertises a 2027 show and lists booth 9-015.

[1][2][3][6][10][11]

Factory size, staff and output

Runte describes its own mould store, injection machines, testing and custom production from drawings or samples. Photos show the building with Runte signage, a packing station and a pipe and sprinkler demonstration. The figures below differ from page to page, so ask for the current numbers for the products you buy.

[2][3][5][12][13][14]
TopicWhat Runte's pages say
Floor area6,000 ㎡ in the introduction text; 7,000 ㎡ on the about and contact counters.
Staff50 or 50+ on the counters; more than 25 employees, including 5 engineers and 3 technicians, in the FAQ.
Output and machinesOver 200,000 pieces a year in the about text; 500,000–800,000 pieces a month and more than 15 injection machines in the FAQ. Ask for capacity for your product and the inspection plan.
Inspection and customersThe FAQ mentions process and final inspection. Its export answer refers to casting suppliers, train, automobile and forklift clients and top 500 customers; ask Runte for irrigation customer references instead.

TOLV 4 L/h emitter test, April 2026

Runte shows the cover and both pages of a report credited to the Ministry of Water Resources testing centre for water-saving irrigation equipment. It covers a black TOLV high-pressure anti-drip emitter rated 4 L/h, 30 samples, tested in April 2026 on samples Runte sent in. Ask Runte to show that the quoted emitter matches the tested samples, and to supply the original report when acceptance depends on it.

[4][7][8][9]
Report entryWhat it means for your order
Working pressure50–350 kPa at 4 L/h. The RT catalogue uses 1.0–3.0 bar for its named drippers; ask which models the TOLV figures apply to.
Flow resultsMean flow deviation −3.50%, coefficient of variation 1.81%, flow exponent 0.04, all for the tested samples.
Standard and datesTested to GB/T 19812.2–2017, from 2 to 8 April 2026. Ask which approvals apply in your market.
Anti-drip functionThe report covers flow and pressure. For opening and closing pressure, drain-down, clogging and ageing, ask Runte for separate data.

Design patents for two emitters

Runte shows the first pages of two appearance-design patents, for emitters named one and two, in the company's name. Both were applied for on 25 March 2022 and granted on 3 June 2022. A design patent protects the shape.

For hydraulic performance, CE, ISO or drinking-water use, ask Runte for the product documents that apply to the build you order. Ask also which catalogue models the patents cover and the current status of each patent.

[10][11]

Line conditions to send with an enquiry

Runte describes its emitters as water-saving and suited to slopes. To get a usable answer, give the factory the facts about your line: layout, elevation, pressures, flow per outlet and water quality. Our guide to specifying irrigation hose and pipe lists the pipe and drip details worth gathering first.

[1][4][9][13]
  1. Layout and outlets

Describe the crop or container layout, flow per outlet, outlet count and spacing, pipe type and length, and the elevation profile. Ask for the matching emitter or arrow kit and its connection drawing.

  2. Pressure at the emitters

Give the available pressure and how much it varies along the line. Ask for the compensation range and flow curve of the build you order.

  3. Water and fertiliser

Give water quality and any fertiliser or chemicals. Ask for filtration, maintenance and material compatibility instructions.

  4. Trial

Agree trial conditions and sampling with Runte for your setup, and record measured flow and uniformity.

Quotation and delivery

A useful quotation lists the emitter codes and flows plus the pipe, fittings, filters and controls, with connection dimensions and the parts included. If Runte offers the TOLV report in support, ask it to state in writing how the tested samples relate to the emitter quoted. Ask for the production and inspection plan, the sample or lot checks, packing and a delivery date. Comparable quotes from other makers can start from our irrigation category.

Runte's FAQ mentions custom production from drawings or samples, FOB, CIF and CNF terms and payment options. Agree tooling and sample ownership, revisions, commercial terms, replacements and support in the contract. Keep the instructions and the documents that apply to your shipment with the delivery.
