Ningbo Lihao Machinery Co., Ltd.

宁波利豪机械有限公司

Ningbo Lihao Machinery makes garden tools, small cultivation equipment and orchard monorail transporters, with offices on Bohai Road in Beilun, Ningbo. For a monorail, buy the whole installed system: the engine mounting decides which uphill and downhill angles apply, and the rail, supports and carrier must suit your route. Lihao's two transporter pages date from 2018 and 2019, so ask for the current build, and get the larger unit's model name settled before you quote against its table.

Lihao transporters and tools at a glance

Lihao's monorail vehicles run on a fixed rail laid through the orchard. Compare them with your actual line, loading points and carrier in mind, since the model alone tells only part of the story. Our garden and forestry category lists orchard and grounds equipment from other makers to set beside them.

MF-200M, the lighter cargo system

Sold with a T-200A cargo platform. Its incline diagrams change with the engine mount. The 200 kg load belongs to the drawn configuration and the carrier shown.

MA-600MSB, the larger assembly

The page shows several carrier types and a larger tow unit. The technical image attached to it is filed as MF-600B, so ask Lihao which model name applies before you order from that table.

CLT-262 tea-garden tool

Labelled for tea gardens, with an engine and handle entry in an image. Ask for tilling width, depth and duty if you need them; the page gives none.

Company, ownership and production site

Lihao's Chinese and English introductions name the same company at the same Bohai Road address. The registration record and latest annual report use that street too, while an older communication address field gives a different one.

Lihao says Nikkari invested in the company in December 2001 and describes it as a wholly owned Japanese enterprise. Awards, staff and model approvals held by a parent company belong to that parent. Before a visit or a contract, ask Lihao to confirm in writing the production and receiving address and which company is responsible for the equipment you buy.

What each catalogue page covers

The website carries useful original image tables. The page dates are 2018 or 2019, so ask which revision Lihao builds now.

Lihao MF-200M Orchard Monorail Transporter

Catalogue reference: MF-200M

The Lihao MF-200M is a petrol-driven rack-and-pinion monorail tow unit for orchards, sold with a T-200A cargo platform. Lihao's drawings mark a 200 kg load and give two engine installations: one allows 45-degree uphill and 10-degree downhill travel, the other 35-degree uphill and 20-degree downhill. The tow unit has a 126 cc air-cooled engine and travels at 42 m/min on NKA, special A or NKM rail. The catalogue page dates from July 2018, so ask Lihao for the current build, the rail and supports for your route, and the approved loaded operation before you order.

Ask the factory for the current specification sheet for this model.

Uphill and downhill limits follow the engine mount

On the MF-200M diagram, a 22° engine installation goes with 45° uphill and 10° downhill. The other option, a 10° engine installation, goes with 35° uphill and 20° downhill. Both drawings mark a 200 kg maximum load. The larger transporter's image uses the same two direction patterns with a different load.

Each pair belongs to one installation, so the steepest uphill and the steepest downhill never apply to the same machine. Ask Lihao to approve the engine mounting, travel direction and braking for your line, and to supply loaded stopping distance, stability and any passenger test data in writing.

[4][5][9][10][11][12]

Planning the rail and supports

The MF-200M image lists NKA, a special A rail and NKM profiles with lengths and support spacings. The larger system's table lists NKM and NKMC profiles. Use these as starting points; your route needs its own support schedule.

[4][5][9][10][11][12]
  1. Survey the route

Describe alignment, direction, grades, curves, loading positions and access for installation and maintenance. Ask Lihao for a route survey and an approved arrangement.

  2. Choose rail and supports

Match profile, rack interface, joints, support layout and foundations to the vehicle and the load. Ask for the rail's carrying capacity in writing, since steel dimensions alone leave it open.

  3. Name who installs

Agree who designs, installs and accepts the whole line, and who maintains supports, rail, couplings and brakes. The catalogue offers no turnkey installation contract.

Cargo carriers and passenger use

The larger transporter page shows several cargo platforms and a note about a passenger platform. A photo of several wagons in a row gives no combined train load, and cargo and passenger use need separate approval.

[4][5][9][10][11][12]
CarrierWhat to settle for your project
T-200A on MF-200MRated 200 kg at a stated 45° condition. Match the engine installation, rail, loaded geometry and travel direction for your line.
Larger cargo platformsThe images name T-5B/50B, T-8A/80A and TD-1-50/60 at 500 kg each, while TC-20A is labelled by volume. Ask for the payload of TC-20A and for any train rating in writing; separate 500 kg labels do not add up to one.
Passenger platformThe illustration says 0–6 seated people depending on actual circumstances. Ask Lihao for the permitted passenger configuration for your incline, carrier and route, with its documents.

Is this a fit for your project?

Based on the manufacturer's published range.

A good fit for

  • Company name and address that match the registration record.
  • Original transporter configuration drawings and a basic tea-garden tool entry.
  • A dated news report on the factory move and a matching agricultural trade-site shop.

Confirm in writing before ordering

  • Current production and receiving site, factory area and the build revision you will receive.
  • Rail, route and support design, carrier choice and loaded limits for your model.
  • Passenger use, braking, and installation and commissioning by qualified staff.
  • Current manuals, conformity documents, spare parts and written project support.

Factory size and the 2023 move

Lihao's Chinese introduction gives a factory area of 18,352 square metres and the English one gives 21,139 square metres. Both mention more than 200 employees, with no date. Ask Lihao for the current figures if size matters to your supplier choice.

A People’s Daily report published on 24 December 2023 describes Ningbo Lihao moving out of shared premises into a new factory of more than 12,000 square metres, with a further garden-tool line planned for the following year. Ask whether that line is running and what the site produces today.

[1][2][7]

What the order should cover

Lihao's pages carry no current conformity documents, full operating manual, service contract or route design. Build these into the order for the exact system you buy.

[4][5][7][8][9][10][11][12]
  1. Fix the model and build

Settle the MA-600MSB or MF-600B name where it applies, and list the tow unit, engine, gearbox, carrier and rail codes on the quote. Ask whether the current build matches the Japanese or Chinese catalogue.

  2. Agree acceptance

Get operating limits, route approval and a commissioning procedure by qualified staff. Record load, direction, mounting and carrier against that procedure.

  3. Plan service

Request parts lists for engine, rack drive, brakes, rail joints and carrier, with inspection and maintenance instructions for your line.

  4. Write down delivery and support

Agree site survey, civil and support work, installation, receiving, operator handover, warranty and support. Lead time, MOQ and warranty period come from the quote.

Questions buyers should settle

Can the transporter go downhill at 45°?

The 45° figure is for uphill travel. The downhill limit is 10° or 20°, depending on how the engine is mounted.

[4][5]
Do three 500 kg wagons give 1500 kg capacity?

The images give no train configuration or combined load. Ask Lihao for a written rating if you plan to couple wagons.

[5]
Is the new production line from the 2023 report running now?

The report describes the move and a plan at that time. Ask Lihao for the current line and capacity.

[7]
Are MA-600MSB and MF-600B the same model?

The page uses one name and its attached image file the other. Ask Lihao to confirm in writing which model the table describes.
