Lihao MF-200M Orchard Monorail Transporter
The Lihao MF-200M is a petrol-driven rack-and-pinion monorail tow unit for orchards, sold with a T-200A cargo platform. Lihao's drawings mark a 200 kg load and give two engine installations: one allows 45-degree uphill and 10-degree downhill travel, the other 35-degree uphill and 20-degree downhill. The tow unit has a 126 cc air-cooled engine and travels at 42 m/min on NKA, special A or NKM rail. The catalogue page dates from July 2018, so ask Lihao for the current build, the rail and supports for your route, and the approved loaded operation before you order.

The headline table gives a maximum inclination of 45°. The direction diagrams say more: the uphill and downhill limits depend on how the engine is installed. Plan your route around one of the two cases.

Loading the T-200A platform
The T-200A is rated 200 kg at a 45° condition, under the engine mount and direction shown in the diagrams. The table gives no centre of gravity, securing method, overhang or uneven load pattern.
Tell Lihao what you carry: crate or bin sizes, mass and how loads will be held on the T-200A. Ask for the approved load distribution for your route. The 560 mm width and 800 mm height are platform dimensions; ask separately for the allowed overhang and load height. Lihao documents the MF-200M for cargo only. Choosing rail and supports for your orchard
The rail table lists NKA, special A and NKM profiles with nominal support spacings. Use them to frame your enquiry. Support foundations, curves and joints are designed for each site.
Send the line geometry
Give the surveyed alignment, slopes in each direction, curves, loading positions, clearances and stopping areas. An average hill slope is too coarse.
Get the rail approved
Ask Lihao to name the profile, rack interface, joints, any switches and the support and foundation layout approved for your vehicle and load.
Agree installation and checks
Decide who designs and installs the line, checks foundations and supports, and accepts alignment and joints. Keep the as-built record with the operating instructions.
Travel speed and harvest cycle
42 m/min works out at about 2.52 km/h. Hourly cargo output depends on much more: loaded and return runs, starting and stopping, loading and unloading, route length and interruptions.
Ask Lihao for the approved operating speed and a typical cycle for your line and load. The gearbox has one forward and one reverse gear. Ask also how the unit brakes, holds on a slope, is controlled, and how far apart two vehicles must stay on a shared line. Stopping distance, load per hour and labour savings are not published.

Engine documents and spare parts
The table gives displacement and power, but no engine model code, tank capacity, lubrication instructions or service interval. Ask for these with the quote.

How much can the MF-200M move per hour?
Lihao gives only the travel speed, 42 m/min. Output per hour depends on loading, unloading, route length and return runs; ask for a cycle estimate for your line. [3]
Can the T-200A carry passengers?
Lihao describes the T-200A as a cargo platform. Ask in writing if you need any passenger use. [2] [3]
Can I build supports from the listed spacing?
The spacing is a rail reference. Ask for a support and foundation design approved for your surveyed route. [3]
Coupled size, mass and delivery
The tow unit is 890 mm long when stopped and the cargo platform 2080 mm, but the coupling is not dimensioned, so the train length needs its own drawing. Widths of 550 mm and 560 mm leave the operating corridor and curve sweep open.
The masses, 85 kg with engine and 76 kg for the cargo deck, cover those two assemblies. Ask for the full kit list, packing, support parts and shipping mass, with receiving and handling instructions and the coupled drawing, before you plan unloading or route clearance.

Commissioning and handover
The 2018 page is a good starting reference. A current manual, route acceptance report and warranty offer come with the order.
Fix the system
Record model and revision, engine mount, rail profile, support plan, tow unit, coupling and T-200A carrier, and keep the quote and drawings together.
Commission with qualified staff
Get the approved load and direction case, brake and control instructions, and the installation and acceptance procedure.
Hand over line and machine
Keep as-built drawings, operating and inspection instructions, parts lists and written service responsibility for engine, drive, brakes, carrier, rail and supports.
Confirm commercial terms
Ask for delivery scope, site work, parts availability and warranty and support terms. The view count on the 2018 page says nothing about current sales.
