浙江华奥斯园林工具有限公司

Zhejiang Hausys Garden Tools, based in Wuyi, makes trimmer heads and cutting line for brushcutters. Its catalogue has two branches, heads and line, and sells line in retail and bulk packs. For the DL-1201 head it publishes an exploded parts drawing with replacement components and a choice of mounting adaptors. Trimmer heads, cutting line and spare parts

Hausys sorts its catalogue into trimmer heads and trimmer line, and the line pages split retail packs from bulk. Heads and line are bought together, so pair each line shape and pack with the head and machine it will run on. The DL-1201 double-line bump-feed trimmer head and the 15 m donut-blister trimmer line are two catalogue entries to start that pairing from.

[1][3][4][5][6][8]
Product groupWhat to specify in your enquiry
HeadsThe DL catalogue lists heads by model code. DL-1201 is a double-line head with ground-tap (bump) feeding. Other DL codes appear in photos; ask for each one's own description and feed type.
Mounting adaptorsThe DL-1201 drawing lists several left-hand thread adaptors in female and male forms. Name your machine's spindle and the matching adaptor code.
Head spare partsThe drawing names cover, spool without line, line retainer, plate, spring and housing. Order spares by part code and head revision.
Line and packsThe line pages list shapes, precut line and blister, card and spool packs. Give diameter, material and shape, pack basis and the head and machine it is for.

Hausys 15 m Donut-Blister Trimmer Line

Hausys sells trimmer line in many cross-sections, colours and pack types. For its 15 m donut blister it publishes six diameters, 1.30 to 3.00 mm, each with an inch value and a part number for every profile group. A separate graphic ranks profiles by cutting and sound percentages. To order, pick a profile, diameter and part number from the table, then check that your head and machine accept that line. This page lists the codes, the pack bases and the questions to settle before buying.

Ask the factory for the current specification sheet for this model.

Hausys DL-1201 Double-Line Bump-Feed Trimmer Head

Catalogue reference: DL-1201

The Hausys DL-1201 is a double-line trimmer head that lets out nylon line when you tap the head on the ground. Its parts drawing lists the replacement components and seven left-hand adaptors, so you choose the adaptor that matches your brushcutter's spindle. Two adaptors share the M8×1.25 thread but differ as female and male. This page sets out the adaptor and part codes, how to confirm fit on your machine, the empty spool and the sleeve-and-carton packing, so you can order the right head and spares.

Ask the factory for the current specification sheet for this model.

Company name, address and history

The company record names Zhejiang Hua'aosi Garden Tools in Wuyi and gives 15 June 2007 as the date the legal company was set up. Hausys's English contact page gives Zhejiang Hausys Garden Tools at No.35 Huanglong Industrial District2nd Road, the same address. The horticulture fair entry carries the Chinese company name, and its linked English page names Hausys with the same products, so the Chinese and English names point to one supplier.

Hausys's own description says it has been in the trade since 2006. Its Chinese fair entry, dated August 2024, says more than twenty years since it was established. The two statements give different starting points; ask Hausys which date belongs to the legal company you will contract with.

Use the Wuyi address to plan a visit, sample collection or order paperwork. Ask Hausys to name the contracting company, the plant that will make your order and how inspection will be arranged.

[1][2][7][8]

Check the mounting before the brand list

Hausys names well-known brushcutter brands and says its adaptors fit most machines. The Chinese fair entry describes replacements for mainstream brands. Those names describe what the heads are meant to replace; they are not presented as customers or OEM partners. Fit is settled by your machine's spindle, guard and operating limits, step by step. Other makers in this trade sit in our garden and forestry category.

[1][5][6][7][8]
  1. Identify the machine

Give the machine model, the head it carries now and its mounting specification. A brand name alone leaves the spindle open.

  2. Match thread and seat

Match thread diameter and pitch, male or female form, handedness and how the head seats and locks on. The DL-1201 table gives adaptor codes; ask for a dimensioned interface drawing as well.

  3. Agree operating limits

Ask for the machine and head documents covering the line you will use, maximum speed and permitted line diameter. The DL-1201 page lists neither figure.

  4. Approve a fit sample

Have the compatibility answer name the exact adaptor and head revision. Keep the approved sample and its parts list for repeat orders.

DL-1201 spare parts by code

The exploded drawing gives a clear starting point for spare parts. Each carton holds the head configuration you order; ask Hausys to list which parts and which adaptor are in it, since the drawing shows every alternative.

[5][6]
DL-1201 drawing entryWhat to state on the order
Spool without lineThe empty spool is sold without line. Order the line separately and ask for loading instructions and line length.
Plate and springShown in the drawing without dimensions or a service procedure. Order the matching Hausys part code.
Female and male M8 adaptors5070106 is M8×1.25 Left female; 5070107 is M8×1.25 Left male. Same thread, different mating form, so pick the one that matches your spindle.
Sleeve, 40 per cartonThe standard packing row gives a sleeve per head and 40 pieces per carton. This covers heads; ask separately for spare-part minimums and pack sizes.
Future sparesRecord head, adaptor and part revisions and how replacements are marked. Ask for spare-part availability, lead time and warranty in writing.

Line shapes, diameters and pack types

Hausys offers line in several shapes, colours and diameters, and in several pack types. The line category includes 15 m blister and card packs and spools labelled by weight. Spool weight and line length are different measures, so ask for the length on a weighed spool. Request the dimensional and material sheet for the line you choose and agree the pack quantity.

The Chinese fair entry lists a 10 mm diameter next to 1.3–4.0mm sizes. Ask Hausys to confirm in writing which diameter it means, and check it against the line your head and machine accept.

Names such as dual line or steel line mark product categories. Ask for the actual construction and the head and machine it is approved for. Give the approved line and pack their own sample reference for repeat orders.

From sample to repeat order

A useful sample starts with your machine, the adaptor, the head and the line together. Where the brush cutters themselves are part of the import, our guide to handheld petrol and battery garden tools covers their specification. Agree checks that match the trimming you do, and record the parts and operating documents supplied. For a bump-feed head, test line feeding with that combination; a different DL code or line construction needs its own test.

For line, keep diameter, shape, material sheet, pack basis and sample reference together. For your own branding or custom packs, agree artwork, pack quantities and an approval sample separately. Ask Hausys for its minimum order, tooling charges, exclusivity terms, own-brand permissions and delivery dates.

Before repeat orders, ask Hausys to state which approved head, adaptor, spool and other spares and line stay unchanged, and how it will notify changes. Get service, remedy and replacement terms in writing, and ask for cutting-life or productivity data if you need it.
