Xinglaihe TA304-A9 Compact Tractor
The Xinglaihe TA304-A9 is a compact tractor 970 mm wide, powered by an XY477-30 engine rated 22.3 kW at 2800 rpm. Its design sheet, headed TA304A-A9, lists a 770 mm standard track with 960–1200 mm adjustable settings, three gear ranges and PTO speeds of 592 and 1041 rpm forward and 581 rpm reverse. The web page says TA304-A9 and the design image says TA304A-A9. Gearbox, engine and wheel package can vary between offers under either name.
Ask the seller for a dated configuration sheet and the nameplate designation with the quotation. Have it list the XY477-30 engine, the wheel arrangement and each output option, so you can compare similar offers on the same build.

Check access at your wheel setting
Standard track is 770 mm, and both axles adjust from 960 to 1200 mm. Track is the distance between wheel centres. Changing track, rim orientation or tyres changes the overall width from the 970 mm catalogue figure.
Ask Xinglaihe to draw your wheel package with outside tyre width, axle settings and implement overhang. Check that width against your passages and crop rows. If the tractor moves often between plots, include gate openings and the tool's turning sweep; the 1700 mm radius covers the bare tractor.

PTO speeds and engine speed
The engine is rated at 2800 rpm and the sheet lists forward and reverse PTO speeds. There is no chart linking each PTO mode to engine speed or tool power. Asking for the same chart on the TC504-A8 / TC504B-A8 makes it easier to see which of the two suits a PTO-driven tool.

Features listed for the TA304
The TA304 sheet lists hydraulic lift and forward and reverse PTO output. The increased-speed turning feature shown on Xinglaihe's TA254 sheet does not appear here.

Lift, load and tractor mass
Hydraulic lift and a category 1N linkage are listed. The sheet gives no rated lift and no whole-machine mass; the 128 kg figure is in the engine section. Work through these points with Xinglaihe.
Describe your tool
Its mass, centre of gravity, mounting dimensions and the lift travel it needs.
Ask for tractor limits
Lift rating and where it is measured, axle and load limits, permitted ballast and the completed machine's mass.
Hydraulic tools
If the tool runs off tractor hydraulics, ask for valve, pressure, flow and return details.

Buyer questions
Does the tractor weigh 128 kg?
That figure is in the engine section of the sheet. For transport, ask for the complete machine mass and delivered dimensions. [2]
Will my 540 rpm tool work?
Forward PTO speeds are listed as 592 and 1041 rpm. Get the PTO operating chart and check it against your tool's allowed speed and coupling. [2]
Does the TA304 have increased-speed turning?
It is not in the TA304 feature list. Ask Xinglaihe if you need it. [2]
Delivery record, parts and terms
A good delivery record links the TA304 nameplate to its engine, gearbox, wheel assembly and PTO arrangement. Ask for the matching operating manual and illustrated parts list, especially if the offer differs from the design sheet.
