Xinglaihe 630 2ZG-6Q / 2ZG-6A Six-Row Rice Transplanter
The Xinglaihe 630 is a six-row rice transplanter planting at 30 cm, sold as the petrol 2ZG-6Q and the diesel 2ZG-6A. It is 2080 mm wide and weighs 750 kg in petrol form or 850 kg in diesel form. Both builds use four-wheel drive with HST and two mechanical ranges, six hill spacings from 11 to 25 cm and blanket-mat seedlings. The 630 has its own feed series and machine width, separate from the eight-row 825. The product photo shows the 2ZG-6A.

Build my procurement briefSix-row layout and machine width
Six rows at 30 cm leave five gaps between rows. The layout figures below are worked out from the catalogue pattern. Xinglaihe also offers the four-row 2ZG-4QR and the 825 eight-row transplanter if a narrower or wider pass suits your fields better.
| Measurement | Value and use |
|---|---|
| Outer planting-row centres | 5 × 0.30 = 1.50 m, without the extra row space at the pass edge. |
| Repeating pass width | 6 × 0.30 = 1.80 m. Check edge rows and how passes join on the machine. |
| Whole-machine width | 2.08 m. For gates and loading, use the real width with tyres and attachments. |
| Compared with the 825 | The 825 plants eight rows at 25 cm and is 2.24 m wide, so the 630 is 160 mm narrower. Check clearance with the attachments you will fit. |
Two transverse feed series: settle before buying trays
The first series is 10.8 mm per feed with 26 transverse advances, 14 mm with 20 and 15.5 mm with 18. The second is 15.5 mm with 18, 17.5 mm with 16 and 20 mm with 14. Both engine columns list both series, without saying whether they are optional feed assemblies or settings on every machine.
Other Xinglaihe models use different transverse figures. Ask Xinglaihe which mechanism your 630 will have and which tray and mat dimensions it accepts. Send a sample batch and ask for the approved settings. The bracketed advance counts are feed steps across the mat; mat width and pickup quality come from the trial.

Hill spacing, pickup and plant stand
Hill spacing sets placement along the row. The 8–19 mm longitudinal feed sets how the mat is presented to the picker. The density row says "plants" without saying hills or seedlings. Each is a separate setting or figure.
At the shortest spacing, a perfect 30 cm × 11 cm grid gives 3.3 ÷ (0.30 × 0.11) = 100 positions per 3.3 m², which agrees with the first printed figure as a count of positions. Seedlings per hill, missing hills and final stand depend on your nursery mat. Agree with Xinglaihe how these will be checked before relying on a density figure.

Published specifications
Read each value with its stated conditions, and ask the manufacturer for any limit not listed here.
| Specification | Published value | Meaning / limit |
|---|---|---|
| Series and variants | 630: 2ZG-6Q petrol / 2ZG-6A diesel [1] | One six-row machine in two fuel builds. Name the build on your quote. |
| Planting pattern | 6 rows at 30 cm [1] [3] | Same for both builds. The 825 plants eight rows at 25 cm. |
| Hill spacing | 11 /13 /15 /18 /21 /25 cm [1] | Six settings. Ask for the calibration method and choose for your crop. |
| Envelope | 3500 ×2080 ×2300 mm [1] | Overall size. Ask for a transport drawing if access is tight. |
| Whole-machine weights | Petrol 750 kg; diesel 850 kg [1] | Complete machine; ask for the axle loads and what the figure includes. |
| Petrol engine entry | 20PS description; 679 cc V-twin air-cooled; 14.5 kW /3600 rpm [1] | 92# petrol, electric start. Ask for the engine make and model in writing. |
| Diesel engine entry | XY377-A; 1132 cc inline 3-cylinder water-cooled; 18 kW /3000 rpm [1] | 0# diesel, electric start. Fuel consumption is not listed. |
| Travel system | Four-wheel drive; HST with two mechanical ranges; hydraulic steering assist [1] | The diesel column has a misprinted first letter in the hydraulic wording. Terrain limits are not given. |
| Transplant depth / longitudinal feed | 1–5 cm in six settings /8–19 mm [1] | Depth sets how deep seedlings go; longitudinal feed sets how much mat is picked. |
| Seedling condition | Blanket mat; 2–4 leaves; 8–25 cm height [1] | Mat width, thickness and root binding are not listed; test with your own batch. |
| Printed density series | 100 /90 /80 /60 /50 /45 plants per 3.3 m² [1] | The page does not say whether hills or seedlings were counted. |
| Work-rate wording | 0.3–0.5; paired 4.5–7.5 mu/h [1] | The metric unit is misprinted; the mu/h figure points to 0.3–0.5 ha/h. Ask Xinglaihe to confirm the unit and test conditions. |
Working out a full shift
Both fuel builds show 0.3–0.5 and 4.5–7.5 mu/h. The unit next to the first figure is misprinted; the mu figure points to hectares per hour. No test conditions or daily output are given, so measure a full shift. A shift record like that also gives you a fair basis for comparing other rice transplanters in our planting section.
Map the field
Row lengths, headlands, entry route and where mats can be reloaded.
Run a representative block
Use your chosen hill, depth and feed settings and your own sample mats, and record them.
Time the stops
Split planting time from turns, reloading, adjustments and travel.
Agree the result
Agree with Xinglaihe how placement, spacing and damaged or missed picks will be checked, and the pass level.

Buyer questions
Will the 630 pass through a 2.08 m opening?
The catalogue width is 2.08 m, leaving no margin. Check the real width with tyres and attachments, your route and the clearance your operator needs. [1]
Does the diesel plant faster?
Both builds list the same range and mu/h figure. Run a trial on your field if you need to compare them. [1]
Does the number 26 refer to planting rows?
No. It is a transverse feed count in one series. The machine plants six rows. [1]
The 2ZG-6A photo and optional equipment
The product photo is labelled 2ZG-6A and shows a diesel machine with racks and a seedling feed platform. Ask which pictured items are standard on a new order, and for photos of the petrol 6Q if you choose it. The image also carries a promotional quality graphic; if you need a certificate, ask for the document itself.
If you want side-deep fertilizer equipment, ask Xinglaihe to specify the 6A or 6Q combination in writing: mounting, drive connection, controls, loaded balance and matching manuals.
