Xinglaihe 2FCF-6 / 2FCF-8 Side-Deep Fertilizer Attachment
Xinglaihe's 2FCF-6 and 2FCF-8 are side-deep fertilizer attachments for six-row and eight-row rice transplanters in the 2ZG-6 and 2ZG-8 families. Fluted rollers meter dry granules and forced air blows them down hoses to openers beside the seedlings. A handwheel gives 14 positions covering 60–600 kg/ha, with placement 50 ±10 mm deep and 45 ±10 mm to the side. Below are the specifications, how to match your carrier, a calibration method and what to put in the quote.

Build my procurement briefMatch the attachment to your transplanter
Xinglaihe names carrier families, and row pitch varies inside a family. Check your exact transplanter model before choosing six or eight outlets. If you are buying the carrier at the same time, name it on the enquiry, whether that is Xinglaihe's 630 six-row, 825 eight-row or 2ZG-8AJ seed-production transplanter, so fit is confirmed for that exact machine.
| Carrier | What has to match |
|---|---|
| 2FCF-6 on the 630 carriers | The 2ZG-6Q and 2ZG-6A both plant six rows at 30 cm. Ask for the mount, row-unit positions and drive connection for your model. |
| 2FCF-8 on the 2ZG-8 family | The fertilizer table does not list row-spacing adjustment or every supported suffix. Request the mounting drawing for your carrier. |
| 820 / 2ZG-8AJ | This model plants eight rows at 20 cm. Ask Xinglaihe to confirm in writing that a 2FCF-8 fits this pitch. |
| Opener positions | Check opener and hose positions against your planting rows. Row alignment comes from the mounting drawing, separate from the 2460 mm body width. |
Published specifications
Read each value with its stated conditions, and ask the manufacturer for any limit not listed here.
| Specification | Published value | Meaning / limit |
|---|---|---|
| Paired attachment versions | 2FCF-6 / 2FCF-8 [1] | Listed side by side in one table, with six and eight metering units and openers. |
| Carrier families | 2ZG-6 / 2ZG-8, respectively [1] | Family names only. Ask for the mounting drawing for your exact carrier suffix. |
| Metering / delivery | Fluted rollers + forced air; side-mounted [1] | For dry granular fertilizer delivered by hose. Liquid fertilizer needs other equipment. |
| Rate control | Handwheel; 14 positions; 60–600 kg/ha [1] | No chart links each position to a rate; calibrate with your fertilizer. Xinglaihe prints the unit as h㎡, shown here as ha. |
| Depth / lateral offset | 50 ±10 mm / 45 ±10 mm [1] | Where the fertilizer goes. Seedling planting depth is set separately on the transplanter. |
| Box volume | 86 L (43 L ×2) [1] | Volume of the two compartments. Payload in kg depends on your fertilizer's density. |
| Power / drive | 1–3 kW from carrier; cam-rocker transmission [1] | Drawn from the transplanter. Ask for the power take-off and mount detail for your carrier. |
| Row shutoff | Individual unit clutches [1] | Each row can be stopped on its own. The gallery also shows a navigation display; ask whether it is included and how it links to the fertilizer unit. |
| Hourly productivity | Six-row: 0.3–0.5 ha/h; eight-row: 0.4–0.6 ha/h [1] | Catalogue ranges without test conditions. Turns, refills and carrier speed affect real output. |
| Shared dimensions / mass | 620 ×2460 ×800 mm / 45 kg [1] | One set of figures for both versions. Ask for the mounted size and the mass when full. |
| Missed-application warning | Anti-blockage / missed-application alarm [1] | An alarm is fitted. Sensor coverage and trigger thresholds are not published. |
Metering, hose delivery and placement
The fluted roller sets how much fertilizer leaves the box. Forced air carries it down the hoses, and chisel-type openers put it in the soil beside the seedlings. Each stage needs its own check. Catching material at an outlet tells you quantity; only a field check shows where it ends up relative to the row.
During calibration, note the fertilizer, roller setting, clutch state and carrier operating condition. Agree with Xinglaihe how hoses and openers will be inspected and how placement is checked in the field. The catalogue gives no per-row alarm threshold or uniformity figure, so keep these checks in your routine alongside the alarm.

Calibrating the 14 handwheel positions
Application rate in kg/ha = collected fertilizer mass in kg ×10000 ÷ treated area in m². Work out treated area from the real row pattern and a measured run; the 2460 mm body width is not the working width. Follow Xinglaihe's calibration procedure and compare each row's discharge as well as the total.
Worked example: six rows at 0.30 m give a 1.80 m strip. A 20 m run covers 36 m². If 0.60 kg is collected, the rate is about 167 kg/ha. This shows the arithmetic only; it is not a fertilizer recommendation or a tested 2FCF setting. Repeat the check whenever you change fertilizer or handwheel position.
Fertilizer depth and seedling depth
The 50 ±10 mm depth and 45 ±10 mm side distance belong to the fertilizer unit. The 630 carrier has its own transplanting depth of 1–5 cm in six levels. The two adjustments are separate. Ask Xinglaihe where each is measured from and how it is set on your carrier.
Check opener alignment and the fertilizer path in your own field conditions. Dose, distance from roots and nutrient plan come from your agronomist and the crop and fertilizer you use.
Box capacity and refill planning
The box holds 86 L in two 43 L compartments. Turn that into area per fill once you know your fertilizer and chosen rate.
| Catalogue figure | How to plan with it |
|---|---|
| 86 L box volume | Ask the permitted fill level and measure your fertilizer's bulk density. Volume times density gives an estimate of payload. |
| 60–600 kg/ha range | Area per fill depends on your measured rate and usable fill mass, so it changes across this tenfold range. |
| ha/h by version | Allow for filling, turns and fertilizer supply when planning a shift. |
| 45 kg structural mass | Add fertilizer and mounting parts when checking the load on the carrier. |

Buyer questions
Can I compare both versions in one enquiry?
Yes. They share one table. Carrier family, row count and productivity differ by version; ask Xinglaihe to confirm the shared figures for the build you choose. [1]
Do the 14 positions give equal rate steps?
No step table is published. Calibrate with your own granules and delivery setup at the chosen position. [1]
Does the 2FCF-8 fit the 2ZG-8AJ with 20 cm rows?
Ask Xinglaihe to confirm in writing, with a drawing of the row geometry, mount and drive connection for that carrier. [1] [3]
If the alarm stays quiet, is placement even?
No alarm threshold or field placement data is published. Check metering, hose delivery and opener placement as separate steps. [1]
Row clutches, alarm and navigation display
Each metering unit has its own clutch for stopping a row. Xinglaihe's gallery also shows a CHCNAV navigation display. The specification table does not list navigation hardware, automatic boundary control or prescription-map rate control. Ask for the option list for your order and how any display connects to the fertilizer system.
Agree how the alarm identifies an affected row, and have it demonstrated following Xinglaihe's procedure. After a blockage or missed-application alert, check quantity and placement in the field before carrying on.
What to settle in the offer
Keep the fertilizer and planting configuration together from quote to delivery and service.
Mounted and powered build
Exact carrier suffix, mount and drive drawing, and the 1–3 kW drive requirement. Engine rating alone does not settle fit.
Fertilizer route
Rollers, clutches, hoses, openers and air equipment supplied; suitable fertilizer types; calibration and placement records.
Service parts
Cleaning and storage instructions, and part numbers for the metering, hose, opener and alarm parts delivered.
Acceptance and training
Row shutoff and alarm demonstration, measured discharge and field placement checks. Xinglaihe's maintenance pages cover transplanter repair in general; ask for a 2FCF manual.
About the gallery photos
Xinglaihe's 2FCF gallery shows a fertilizer hopper and delivery hoses mounted on a transplanter. Ask which outlet count is fitted and for the carrier mounting detail. A sticker that looks like an appraisal label is visible; if you need a certificate, request the current document for the model you order. The navigation-screen photo is separate from the fertilizer controller, so ask whether it is part of the offer.
