Xinglaihe 2ZG-4QR Four-Row Rice Transplanter
The Xinglaihe 2ZG-4QR is a four-row ride-on rice transplanter with four-wheel drive, an R300Max petrol engine and HST plus two mechanical ranges. It plants mat or pot-type mat seedlings with 2–4 leaves and 8–25 cm height, in rows 30 cm apart, with six plant-spacing steps from 13 to 25 cm. Xinglaihe lists 0.12–0.18 ha/h. Check your nursery and planting pattern against these figures first, then arrange a field demonstration and quote.

Build my procurement briefCheck your nursery mats first
Xinglaihe gives seedling type, leaf age and height. Mat size and feeding behaviour also decide whether a nursery runs well through the planter, so send real samples before you order.
Describe your nursery output
Record seedling type, leaf stage and the spread of heights, beyond an average.
Send a representative mat
Give tray and mat dimensions, thickness and root condition, and have Xinglaihe state in writing whether the mat suits this machine.
Watch feeding and placement
Run your nursery sample in a representative field and record feeding, missed hills, damaged seedlings and depth. Agree pass limits with Xinglaihe beforehand.
Record the feed settings
The table lists several horizontal feed values and a vertical feed adjustment of 8–18 mm. Ask which feed mechanism version you will get and which settings suit your mats.

Published specifications
Read each value with its stated conditions, and ask the manufacturer for any limit not listed here.
| Specification | Published value | Meaning / limit |
|---|---|---|
| Planting arrangement | Four rows; 30 cm row spacing [1] | The row pattern has to suit your cultivation practice. Headland and access width are separate questions. |
| Plant spacing selections | 13, 15, 16, 18, 21 or 25 cm [1] | Six fixed steps. The manual explains how each is set; check the result in the field. |
| Planting depth | 1–4 cm; seven levels [1] | The depth setting. Measure actual placement in your prepared field. |
| Seedling condition | Mat or pot-type mat seedlings; 2–4 leaves; 8–25 cm height [1] | Tray size, mat thickness and root binding are not listed. Bring real nursery samples to the trial. |
| Engine | R300Max; 301 cc; 6 kW at 3600 rpm [1] | Single-cylinder, air-cooled four-stroke petrol engine. Engine power describes the engine, separate from planting rate or wheel output. |
| Fuel and starting | 92# petrol; electric plus manual starting [1] | Chinese fuel grade. Ask for the equivalent grade in your country and the battery supplied for electric start. |
| Drive and transmission | Ride-on four-wheel drive; HST plus two mechanical ranges [1] | Speed table, ground pressure and field limits are not listed; request them if they matter for your fields. |
| Envelope and mass | 2450 × 1470 × 1380 mm; 200 kg [1] | Overall dimensions and whole-machine mass. Ask for the packed shipping weight and what the 200 kg includes. |
| Listed work rate | 0.12–0.18 ha/h; 1.8–2.7 mu/h [1] | Xinglaihe's efficiency figure, without test conditions. Seedling loading, turning and field access affect your real output. |
Row spacing, hill spacing and density
The 2ZG-4QR plants rows 30 cm apart with six plant-spacing steps. Xinglaihe also prints planting densities of 90, 80, 70, 60, 50 and 45 per 3.3 m². These are hills per area; seedlings per hill depends on the mat and feed setting.
| Planning question | What to check |
|---|---|
| Row pattern | Whether a fixed 30 cm row suits your cultivation and later field work. |
| Hill spacing | Which of the six steps you want, how it is selected and how to check it in the field. |
| Seedlings per hill | Set by the nursery mat and feed adjustment. Ask Xinglaihe what count to expect with your mats. |
| Depth | The chosen setting within 1–4 cm, then measured placement in your prepared field. |

Planning daily output
Xinglaihe lists 0.12–0.18 ha/h. The table gives no field length, surface, loading pattern or operator basis, and does not say whether turns and refills are counted. Plan daily area from a demonstration on your own ground. If 0.12–0.18 ha/h is too slow for your area, the 630 six-row and 825 eight-row transplanters from the same range are the next sizes to price.
A useful demonstration records planted area and elapsed time together with nursery refills, headland turns and stops. Check access and transport against the overall size, then ask for operating clearances and loaded mass for your configuration. Four-wheel drive helps in soft paddies; ask Xinglaihe for the mud depth and slope it is meant to handle.

Engine documents and what the order includes
The R300Max name is enough to order the right engine manual and service parts. Maintenance intervals, oil grade and the fuel grade for your country are not on the model page, so get them from the R300Max manual for the exact revision. Ask for the engine plate details, the starting system and the battery supplied.
On the bill of supply, list the transplanter, nursery-handling accessories and any fertiliser attachment as separate lines. Xinglaihe sells fertiliser equipment, but it is a separate product from the 2ZG-4QR. Put training, wear parts, transport tie-down, commissioning and local support into the order terms.

Buyer questions
Can I plan my daily area from 0.18 ha/h?
Use it as a starting figure. It comes without test conditions, so build your field plan from a demonstration that counts loading and turning time. [1]
Will any rice nursery tray work?
Xinglaihe gives seedling form, age and height, but no tray dimensions. Send your tray and mat sizes and ask Xinglaihe to confirm the fit in writing. [1]
Is 200 kg the packed shipping weight?
Xinglaihe calls it whole-machine weight and does not say what fluids or accessories it includes. Ask for operating mass and packing weight separately. [1]
Does the 2ZG-4QR come with a fertiliser attachment?
The model page does not list one. If you want it, ask for it as a separate quotation line. [1]
