TOSFL TF-GT006 Two-Stroke Cultivator
The TOSFL TF-GT006 is a compact two-stroke cultivator for narrow beds and garden strips. TOSFL lists a 51.2 cc engine rated 1.4 kW / 1.9 HP, a 1000 ml fuel tank, a 300 mm working width and a working depth of 100–150 mm. It starts by recoil, rides on two small rear wheels for moving between plots, and its handle fixes with tool-free locknuts. The short product text rounds the engine to 52cc; the specification table gives 51.2 cc. Below you will find the specification table, how to match the machine to your bed and soil, the handle and control layout, engine documents, and what to put in your enquiry.

Build my procurement briefWill it fit your beds?
The 300 mm figure is the strip the tines work. Guards, handle, wheels and turning also take space, so plan the fit around the whole machine. If this strip does not suit your beds, TOSFL's TF-GT007 four-stroke and TF-GT010 raised-intake cultivators are the models to set beside it.
Measure the free strip
Note the clear width between plants or bed edges and the strip you want worked. Ask TOSFL for the overall width of the guarded tine assembly.
Plan entry and turning
Describe gates, paths and bed ends where the tool turns or is lifted across. Ask for the overall dimensions and a turning guide.
Name the soil job
Say whether you are loosening a prepared surface, working in material or breaking ground. Ask which jobs and settings TOSFL recommends for this model.
Agree a test strip
Pick a sample strip and agree how depth and finish will be measured. Field output per hour should come from that test.
Published specifications
Read each value with its stated conditions, and ask the manufacturer for any limit not listed here.
| Specification | Published value | Meaning / limit |
|---|---|---|
| Model | TF-GT006 [1] | TOSFL also lists GT006A and GT006F as separate variants. Quote against the one code you want. |
| Engine | Two Stroke; 51.2 cc [1] [3] | Displacement from the specification table; the short description rounds it to 52cc. Ask for the engine model code. |
| Output power | 1.4 kW / 1.9 HP [1] | Engine output as listed. Ask at what speed and on what basis it is rated. |
| Working width | 300 mm [1] [2] [4] | Width of the worked strip. Overall width with guards and handle is a separate figure to request. |
| Working depth | 100–150 mm [1] | Catalogue range. Actual depth depends on soil state and setup. |
| Fuel tank | 1000 ml [1] [3] | Nominal tank volume. Fuel mix and running time come from the engine manual. |
| Starting system | Recoil, as described [1] [3] | The engine photo shows a TOSFL-branded recoil starter. |
| Transfer wheels | Two rear wheels visible [1] [2] [5] | TOSFL says the wheels make the tool easier to move. They are transport wheels; wheel size is not listed. |
| Handle fixing | Tool-free locknuts, as described [1] [6] | A hand knob is visible in the close-up. Ask for the locking and adjustment instructions. |
| Controls | Handle lever and marked stop switch visible [7] | Ask for the control sequence and stopping procedure in the operator manual. |
Getting 100–150 mm in your soil
TOSFL lists a working depth of 100–150 mm. Soil type, moisture and passes decide where in that range you land, so set the depth target with the factory against your own ground. Our mini tiller buying guide weighs depth and working width against plot size and soil, which helps frame that target.
| What to tell TOSFL | What to ask in return |
|---|---|
| Current soil condition | Previous cultivation, compaction, moisture, roots and stones. Ask which conditions the machine is meant for and any it should avoid. |
| How depth is set | Ask how depth is adjusted and measured on this build, and where across the strip it applies. |
| Passes and finish | Agree how many passes are allowed and what finish counts as acceptable. |
| Sample record | Write down soil state, tine setup and the depth and finish achieved, so later deliveries can be checked against the same record. |
Tines, drive housing and rear wheels
The underside photo shows separate tine sets around a central drive housing. TOSFL calls the blades strong and hard to break. Ask for the tine and fastener part numbers, the approved tine arrangement and the drive documents for your machine, and ask for blade material and hardness if your soil is stony.
The two rear wheels are for moving the cultivator between jobs; TOSFL presents them as a convenience feature. For transport and storage, request net mass, wheel size, the folded and working dimensions, and how the machine should be lifted.
Handle fixing and controls
TOSFL describes tool-free locknuts that fix the throttle handle and frame. The close-ups show a hand knob, a lever with its cable and a marked stop switch.
| Feature | What to check on delivery |
|---|---|
| Handle knob | The allowed handle positions, how the lock is tightened and how to check it before work. |
| Lever and cable | Cable routing and what each control does, from the operator manual for the delivered tool. |
| Stop switch | Ask TOSFL to show the stopping procedure as written in the manual. |
| Receipt check | Handle and frame fixing, cable condition, guard and tine fitting, all on one checklist. |
Two-stroke engine: fuel and service
The table gives a two-stroke engine of 51.2 cc, 1.4 kW / 1.9 HP, with a 1000 ml tank. No engine model code or fuel mix is printed on the product page.
Ask TOSFL for the engine identification and its operating and service manual: fuel and oil preparation, starting and stopping, storage and service parts. Use that manual's fuel ratio for this engine. Running time per tank and power at the tines are worth asking about if you plan long working days.
What to fix in the quotation
Price, stock, delivery date and warranty come from a current TOSFL quotation. Use the steps below to keep the build, the documents and the test result together.
Name the build
TF-GT006 with its engine, tines, guard, wheels, handle and controls. A GT006A or GT006F needs its own specification.
List contents and documents
Included parts and tools, packing list, operator and service manuals.
Record the soil test
Soil condition, setup and the depth and finish achieved on the agreed strip.
Settle size and service
Assembled, folded and packed dimensions and mass, dispatch, matching tine, drive and control parts, and written warranty terms.
Buyer questions
Is the engine 52 cc or 51.2 cc?
The specification table gives 51.2 cc. The 52cc in the short description is the same engine, rounded. [1]
Will it pass through a 300 mm gap?
300 mm is the working width. Ask TOSFL for the overall width with guards and handle before planning access. [1] [2]
Will it reach 150 mm in unworked ground?
The 100–150 mm range comes without soil conditions. Ask TOSFL which ground it suits and agree a test on a strip of your own soil. [1]
