Two farrowing-pen layouts
The group's farrowing page offers two arrangements: one headed non-adjustable/adjustable, and a Danish-style pen. It gives sizes and floor divisions but no units and no model code. The illustration shows a central sow crate with piglet areas either side. Ask for a drawing with units, outside and usable dimensions before comparing the two.

Current and earlier company names
The factory page names 正谷（宁波）农牧装备智造有限公司 and describes the base as owned by Thailand's CP Group. The same page also uses the name 正大谷瑞. The December 2022 Cixi government gazette carries a decision dated 30 December 2022 honouring 2021 industrial groups and individuals, and page 34 lists 正大谷瑞机电有限公司.
Ask for the current business registration and, if a proposal uses the older name, the document linking it to the company that will invoice you. The gazette entry is an industry award. The company record gives 2017 as the founding year; the 2020 date is when the site was completed.

The group sells complete pig farms, including IOT controls, environmental controllers and a digital platform, and quotes civil-design and equipment-design periods. House climate, piglet warming, power supply and alarms wanted. Ask how temperature and ventilation controls work together, what happens on a power or sensor failure, and which functions the quoted controller includes.
Construction and commissioning
Split civil works, steel structure, supports, wiring, mechanical installation and farm operation, and agree drawing handover and commissioning for the contracting company. Ask which reference projects Zhenggu itself completed.

Separate standard pen layouts from custom sizes, and agree when materials, drawings and electrical interfaces are frozen.
