Ordering a gearbox housing
The farm transmission-gearbox page shows a cast housing with an open access face, a flange and round openings. It gives no gear ratio, torque rating, bearing fit or gear set. If you would rather buy a complete drive unit than a bare housing, compare a finished assembly such as the Yingke YK-67 rototiller assembly.

Jiashan North casts ductile iron and alloy ductile iron, using Benxi pig iron as raw material, by sand casting and precision casting.
Put the required material grade and properties on your drawing and agree which sample and lot reports you will receive. Ask what the quoted casting process and machining include, and get tensile strength, hardness, elongation, wall thickness and casting tolerance stated for your part. For a new housing or pulley, the approved drawing and samples should fix the material and critical surfaces. Site size, tonnage and where parts are made
Jiashan North's Chinese introduction gives a 16,000 m² site with 8,000 m² of production area and 3,200 m² of green space, and annual casting capability of 9,000 tonnes. It says more than 1,000 varieties and specifications have been developed. The figures are undated.
The introduction also mentions casting lines at a pig-iron base in Dandong, Liaoning, and finishing and welding workshops set up in 2012. Ask Jiashan North to state on the quote which site casts, machines, inspects and ships your part, and to commit a delivery schedule for your drawing.

The Chinese website names 嘉善北方机械制造有限公司, the registered company. The English homepage calls it Jiashan North Machinery Co., Ltd. at the same Changsheng Road address.
The street number matches the registered and annual-report address; an older communication record reads Changsheng North Road. The English homepage features other farm parts, such as brake hubs, brackets and an engine case, which shows the catalogue is wider than the three parts covered here.
