The spec table says 42 V. A linked catalogue photo shows a battery labelled 21 V. The two may belong to different builds, and JOYWAY gives no explanation.
Before you order a sample, ask JOYWAY for photos of the tool label, battery label and charger label for the JW-ECS6016 revision it will ship. The quotation should state the number of packs, how they connect, the voltage and the matching charger. Choose a charger only from that confirmed set. Ordering bar, chain and oiler spares
The 16-inch bar and 3/8 pitch are a starting point. A replacement chain also depends on gauge, drive-link count, bar mount and sprocket. Two saws with the same bar length can still take different chains, so order spares by part number.

Matching the saw to your cutting work
JOYWAY lists 1500 W and 20 m/s. It gives no wood diameter, species, cut-time test, battery condition or continuous-duty limit. The speed sits under the heading Idle speed, so it describes the chain running free, not cutting.
Tell JOYWAY what you will cut: orchard pruning, garden clearing or woodland work, with typical branch and trunk sizes. Other machines for that kind of work are collected under garden and forestry. Ask for the manual and the stated limits for that job, and for a demonstration with the quoted battery and bar. Run time depends on the real pack capacity in Ah, so get that from the battery label before you compare saws.
Checking the sample against the quote
The paper-box and weight entries do not list what is inside. Agree the kit in writing so the sample and the production order match. An order that adds a JOYWAY petrol machine, such as the JW-DR520 earth drill or the JW-WP520 water pump, needs its own written kit list too.

Does 20 m/s mean 20,000 rpm?
No. Metres per second is chain speed along the bar. The table lists it under Idle speed and gives no rpm figure. [1]
Are the 3/4/6 battery values amp-hours?
The table prints them as A. Ask for capacity in Ah and energy in Wh from the actual pack label before estimating run time. [1]
Will any 16-inch chain fit as a spare?
Bar length is only one dimension. Ask for the gauge, drive-link count and bar and chain part numbers. [1]
