BONA BN500C Petrol Brush Cutter

The BONA BN500C is a petrol brush cutter powered by a 1E44F-5 two-stroke, air-cooled single-cylinder engine. BONA lists 52 cc displacement, 1.75 kW rated output and a 1,200 ml fuel tank. The published sheet covers the engine only, so the blade or nylon head, guard, shaft, harness and full weight need to come from BONA with your quote. Start your enquiry with the vegetation you cut, and ask BONA to match the approved cutting kit to it.

Choosing the blade or head and guard

BONA's BN500C sheet ends with engine and tank data. It names no blade or nylon head, mounting interface, guard, cutting swath or attachment list.

Tell BONA whether you will trim lawn edges, clear soft weeds or cut heavier growth. Ask it to name the approved head or blade for that work and the guard that goes with it on the build you are quoted. Use only the combinations in BONA's complete machine instructions.

Read each value with its stated conditions, and ask the manufacturer for any limit not listed here.

Engine code1E44F-5 [1]Useful for engine spares. Attachments still need to match the BN500C build.
Displacement52 cc [1]Engine size. Cutting width and the thickest stems it handles depend on the cutting kit.
Rated output1.75 kW [1]Ask at what speed and by which method this was rated.
Fuel tank1,200 ml [1]Runtime depends on load; BONA gives no fuel consumption figure.

What 52 cc, 1.75 kW and 1,200 ml tell you

52 cc is the engine's displacement. 1.75 kW is labelled rated output, with no rpm or rating method beside it. The 1,200 ml tank sets how much fuel you carry, while runtime depends on the work. Stem diameter limits, cutting rate and power at the shaft are not published.

To compare the BN500C with other cutters, ask BONA for the engine and build, the rating basis, the permitted attachment speed and the conditions it was rated under. Then run a demonstration with your vegetation and the agreed attachment, and record the full work cycle.

Certificates and service for your market

BONA's Corporate Honor page shows a heading and placeholder images, with no certificate you can read. Its service page states customer-service principles without a warranty period, exclusions or a repair route for your country.

Ask BONA for the machine certificates your market requires for this build, noise and vibration values, the instructions, a spare parts list and written service terms. Have these in hand before you place a volume order. Our import guide to handheld petrol and battery garden tools sets out the displacement, fuel-mix and EU, UK and US paperwork worth matching against BONA's reply.

Writing a sample request

A sample request turns the short engine sheet into a full, agreed tool specification. Other petrol cutters from Chinese factories are gathered on our garden and forestry page for comparison. Two close matches to quote alongside the BN500C are the Jingjiu BC328 Two-stroke Brush Cutter and the PASSION PS-BC260A Petrol Brush Cutter.
