Longquan Guyou Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.
龙泉市菇友自动化设备有限公司
Longquan Guyou Automation Equipment builds machines for preparing edible-mushroom substrate and filling it into bags or sticks: mixers, screw feeders, bagging and sealing units, and sterilisation cabinets. Buyers planning a line should specify each machine on its own terms, then agree how batches move from the mixer to the bagger and on to sterilisation.
What Guyou makes, unit by unit
Guyou's introduction covers substrate mixing, screw feeding and distribution, automatic bagging, combined bagging and sealing, aeration and piercing equipment, and sterilisation machinery. The first catalogue page adds stainless racks and a biomass-pellet boiler alongside the mixers, a programmed bagging and sealing unit and sterilisation cabinets.
Each machine is sold as its own catalogue item. If you want a complete line, ask Guyou to quote it as one package with a single scope list. To plan that scope from mixing and bagging through sterilisation and room climate, use our notes on specifying mushroom production equipment.
[1][2]Substrate preparation
Fix your recipe ingredients, moisture, batch size and how material will move on before you choose a mixer or feeder. Guyou supplies the machines; the recipe stays with you.
Filling and sealing
Give the bag size and material, the filled mass and the closure you need. Ask for the bag rate and weight accuracy of the exact model, with its control package.
Sterilisation and handling
Name the cabinet or vessel, the racks and the heat source you want. Ask for the pressure and temperature cycle that model is built for and the equipment documents that come with it, and whether the boiler is part of the same supply.
Models and specifications
Quote the exact model, configuration and operating conditions together, and ask the factory to confirm current availability.
Guyou 6 m³ Mushroom Substrate Mixer
Guyou sells an edible-mushroom material mixer under a 6.0 cubic-metre designation, shown with a catalogue photograph on its product page. The page stops there: no model code, volume definition, motor power, working batch, cycle time or installation drawing. Use the 6.0 m³ figure to shortlist the machine, then ask Guyou for a technical sheet before you compare prices or plan a line. Guyou's separate article on mixing principles covers several mixer types but does not say which one this unit is, so ask for the mechanism too.

The 6.0 m³ mixer: get the working batch in writing
Guyou's product page names an edible-mushroom material mixer at 6.0 cubic metres and shows a catalogue photograph. The page gives no motor power, batch mass, cycle time, mixing result or drawing, and it leaves open whether 6.0 means vessel volume or usable working volume.
Ask Guyou to define the volume, state the loading limits for your substrate and give a batch figure from a material trial. The catalogue also lists a 3.0 m³ mixer. Compare the two on working batch and cycle data from Guyou, since the volume label alone says little about output in kilograms or bags per hour.
[3][2]Is this a fit for your project?
Based on the manufacturer's published range.
A good fit for
- One enquiry covering substrate preparation, bagging and sealing, and sterilisation equipment.
- Comparing the 6.0 and 3.0 m³ catalogue mixers once Guyou supplies working-batch figures.
- Buying from a firm listed as a drafter of the national substrate-stick line standard.
Confirm in writing before ordering
- What the mixer volume means, the batch and material limits, and how mixing will be accepted.
- Feed and discharge connections, controls, full line scope and fit with the downstream machines.
- Current drawings, manuals, material and cleaning records, destination documents and service terms.
Linking the mixer to the bagging line
Guyou offers preparation and bagging machines, so both can go into one enquiry. Its pages show no automatic buffer or shared control between them, so plan that link yourself and ask Guyou what it can supply.
[1][2][3]Define the batch
Write down ingredients, particle size, moisture and the working batch you need. Ask Guyou for the material limits each machine accepts.
Agree the mixing check
Settle how loading, mixing, discharge and leftover material will be judged, at the actual machine setting and with a sampling plan.
Draw the transfer
Sketch the discharge and feed route with heights, connection points and any buffer. List which conveyors and feeders are in Guyou's scope.
Match the bagger
Check that the filling and sealing unit accepts the mixed material, your bag format and the agreed mass and time basis. Handle the sterilisation cycle and its acceptance as a separate item.
Company background and the right legal name
Guyou says the current company was founded in 2017, building on an earlier mushroom-machinery workshop. Its representative has worked in the mushroom sector since 1991. The company itself dates from 2017.
The Chinese company name contains 菇友. The national standards list also names a different firm whose name contains 菇源, and the two look alike in English. Check that the Chinese name on your contract, the machine nameplates and the documents all read 菇友.
[1][4]Drafting role in a 2026 production-line standard
China's national standards service lists Longquan Guyou Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. among the drafting organisations for JB/T 15448-2026, which covers edible-mushroom substrate-stick production lines. The standard was published on 28 April 2026 and takes effect on 2 November 2026; at the October check it had not yet come into force.
The drafting role shows Guyou works on line design at industry level. Conformity is a separate matter: for the machines you order, ask Guyou for the test and conformity documents that apply to each model.
[4][3]Production, documents and after-sales support
Guyou describes itself as handling R&D, manufacturing and sales, and quotes staff, patent and customer numbers. Its pages carry no production audit, capacity figure, fabrication route, material list, inspection record or service manual for the mixer.
With your quotation, ask for drawings, food-contact materials and cleaning guidance, the drive and control set-up, serial numbers and a spare-parts list. For installed projects, agree who delivers, assembles, commissions and trains. Settle warranty terms and any documents your country requires. Claims about sterilisation results, higher yield, labour savings, patents or service response times should come with written backing for your order.

Questions buyers should settle
Does 6.0 m³ mean six cubic metres of material per batch?
Guyou's page leaves that open. Ask whether 6.0 is vessel or working volume and get the allowed batch for your substrate before planning on it.
[3]How many bags per hour will the mixer feed?
Are 菇友 and 菇源 the same company?
Is the 2026 line standard in force?
It was published in April 2026 and takes effect on 2 November 2026, after the October check.
