Fangyi publishes no dimensions for TU26 or 3WF5. Fangyi's introduction and contact page name 金华市方易机械有限公司, the registered company. The contact page gives Jinhai Road in Gangtou Industrial Zone, Lvtan, Wuyi. The registered and latest annual-report address carries the same street number and adds that the premises sit within another company's property.
The older communication record also lists Baihuashan Road and Hehua Road. When sending samples or planning a visit, ask Fangyi to confirm the receiving workshop and contracting company in writing. The English company page was offline, so the English name used here is a transliteration of the Chinese company name.

Cutting, forging and isothermal normalising. Ask for the material grade and heat-treatment cycle for your revision.
Machining
Length milling and centre holes, rough and finish turning, hole machining, keyway milling and thread rolling. Ask for the tolerances these steps hold.
Heat treatment and assembly
Carburising and quenching, then grinding and hole finishing, semi-finished inspection, press assembly and correction. Ask which features are measured before and after pressing.
Finishing and marking
Right and left crank grinding, deburring, cleaning and marking, then final inspection, demagnetising, cleaning, packing and storage. Agree lot marking and acceptance records.

Testing equipment and what to measure
Fangyi lists specimen preparation and polishing equipment, Rockwell and microhardness testers, a metallographic microscope and specialist staff. It also lists an automatic coordinate measuring machine, a profile projector, a contour and roughness tester, a cylindricity tester and a tensile testing machine.
For your part, agree which material, heat-treatment and dimensional features these instruments will check, how samples are identified and what report you get. Ask for calibration records, measurement uncertainty, hardness range and any tensile or endurance results for TU26. Press correction and final inspection need their own acceptance limits.

Certificates, standard and association listing
Fangyi says it passed ISO9001 in 2002. The certificate image on its honours page was issued in October 2021 and expired in October 2024, covering small-engine crankshaft production and sales. Ask for the current certificate and the issuer's record.
The honours page also shows a Zhejiang brand-association notice for T/ZZB 1558–2020, on split crankshaft and connecting-rod assemblies for small petrol engines, naming Fangyi, with an April 2020 implementation date.
